I was in the room waiting, when the girl came bursting in saying her boss was angry, and to do brows ASAP. I have sparse eyebrows, so just wanted shaping, and clean up. She only waxed the brows. Did not groom, or trim the longer eyebrows. Did not give me a mirror to check. She then just quickly left the room. I am deeply disappointed , with the poor level of service I received.
