But no matter, I went ahead & re-order it and I ordered more of the same, just different colors. She didn't even charge me for the 'wrong item'. I'd say, they have the best CS, and shipment is fast! They do not have a retail presence so I would say, before you pick anything out, call as they have great customer service.

For starters, there was several delays in shipping, and when I reached out I heard back that things would be shortly shipping out. Multiple times this went back and forth with my needing reach back out to follow up and getting told a date that wasn't actually when they shipped. When they came, the company did provide a few extra pieces to account for the wait which was super nice and I appreciated. I did end up placing another order hoping maybe it was just a one time unfortunate problem. The same thing happened. Repeated delays in shipping, multiple months past when I was told things would be moving along and overall just a bummer to be told something and have that deadline be missed. I get it's a small business, and I placed an order that was to build out a set of bowls and plates so I understand the time it takes to create these pieces. The biggest issue was the lack of communication unless I had prompted it and the inability to provide an accurate timeline on the items purchased. Getting to the actual pieces--for the price, I would not recommend. The glaze crazed meaning they are no longer food safe. Huge investment for a product that was no longer useable within a few months.

In my defense, theynshare the space with Little Rituals and their sign on the same door has two wine glasses! Whatever brought me in, I'm grateful. This store is fabulous. As a person who already has too many plants, this is it's also dangerous. You fellow plant lovers know what I mean, we always think we can find a spot for another! But it's not just about floor or shelf space, it's about proper lighting. They have all sorts of plants like monstera, fiddle leaf fig and palms. Snake plants, pathos, cactus and succulents. Yep, I'm in trouble! In addition to the plants, they have everything for their care and to display them like metal hanging plant holders, macrame plant holders, and pots in a variety of styles and sizes. Also lots of lotions, bath salts and oils. Such a cute shop and worth stopping in.

After she gets settled in her new place, I will bring her here to pick out a plant. And while I was there and I chatted with Vanessa and Cassie and loved hearing about their story I have how this brick and mortar shop came to be. The store owner was able to help us find everything we needed, and she was really friendly. I appreciated her advice a lot because this was my first time trying to make jewelry, and I had no idea what I was doing haha. Also, I would recommend checking out their classes and community maker space! They offer different classes for learning to use beads in jewelry (or advancing your current knowledge), and the community space is perfect for crafting with friends because it's a pretty large space and offers many different tools for working with metal chains and other tricky items.

I love cute stuff, ducks, and plants so this is my store. I also needed coffee so I had to allow time for coffee, breakfast, before we hop on the plane. REVIEW: Visited Oregon last year and came across Orox as I was waiting for my flight. It's a small shop with a wealth of products inside. Unfortunately, I didn't give myself enough time to look around and I didn't end up purchasing anything. I love all things Oregon and especially Oregon history. Orox was created from the terms "Oregon" and "Oaxaca". I had no idea it was in here, and until it was added to Yelp, not many others probably did unless you worked within the building. Russ is like a catch all store. You don't have something, you need to grab a card, you need a drink...small snack...anything else, come here. I'm kind of glad I did. I needed a drink and a birthday card. Who knew on my venture into here I would stumble upon a place that would fulfill it all. It is a small, weirdly setup store. Matched only by the items on the shelves. It is an eclectic mix of items, but one that works. One that while you are picking up one item you spot something that reminds you...hey, I need that too. That's what happened to me. I came in for a drink and say greeting cards. The lady working this spot is so sweet. She greeted and chatted with everyone that came in here. From this small amount of time I was here, I could tell that this was a well used and well loved store in this building. The flow of customers was constant and it was like this lady knew every single person that came in. So welcoming and a rarity to find in a downtown area.
