Caido was able to detail my car Saturday at 8am at my house. He has a nice truck with all his equipment including a big vat for his own water, power washer, buckets, etc. He truly is mobile as I was expecting he would need to use my water hose. It took exactly 4 hours and wow, my car looks brand new. He does accept Venmo but I had cash on me. He really worked hard and very courteous. Also, they were super accommodating of my schedule and could take the car in that week! When I dropped it off, the associate was very friendly. A day later, I picked up my car. A couple days after that, I also came back to pick up their spray, and the manager there was so, so very nice! After about a month~month and a half, I am SO extremely happy with the results! I am able to easily wipe off tree sap and bird droppings SO easily with just a microfiber cloth and water! It glides right off! Everywhere I go, my car looks SO shiny and brand new! Greg reached out to me explaining that based on the video I sent, it appeared that the ceramic coating was working, but not how it should be. He asked if I could bring the vehicle in so that his team could wash it, and verify this in person. We agreed that I would drop my vehicle off on Friday. This will allow for a pickup on Saturday. Upon drop off, his guys, Zane and Kato accepted the vehicle and tested the ceramic. Right away, Zane said that it wasn't reacting correctly. I left my keys with them and was told that the vehicle would be ready for pickup the following day and I would be notified by call or text. Saturday -- Premiere is open until 6pm. Once 5pm came around I was admittedly starting to get a little bit nervous seeing as how I needed my car for work on Monday, and I knew they were closed on Sunday. I attempted to call and received no response. Living closeby, I just decided to head over. I got there about 540pm. Greg was there detailing the interior of a car. He had plenty of vehicles to take care of. He was friendly and apologized for the lack of communication, citing that he was swamped with the influx of vehicles. He explained that my car was "done" but that he, himself, had taken issue with it. When we approached my car, it was clear that work had been done. But upon closer inspection, there were water spots on my glass and streak marks on areas, exacerbated by the light from his cell phone flashlight. He was able to quickly wipe some of them off. He again apologized and said that he didn't like the work that was done and asked if he could keep my vehicle until Tuesday so that it could be completely redone. This I respect. Alot. For a boss to take ownership of their work and the work of their employees goes a long way. I left it -- picked it up on Tuesday. The car looks fantastic. Here's to waiting it out and see if the ceramic holds this time around. Very glad that I chose the boys at Premiere. They did an amazing job on my camaro, that I felt it only right to use them for our SUV. My last interactions with Greg (the owner) and his team were nothing short of amazing. He is a personably guy. I reached out to them asking for an interior and exterior detail on my 2023 Mazda CX50. After some back and forth on the services, I ended up changing my service to a "basic" ceramic coating (which includes an exterior detail to prep it) and full interior detail. The price was amazing. Greg takes care of his customers. I wont mention it here as pricing can always change. As a reminder to anyone reading this -- its always a nice gesture to tip them, though, not required. Greg was able to take my car pretty quickly. I made the appointment for a drop off on Saturday. For those of you that don't know, ceramic coatings require a curing time, and therefore, I needed to leave my vehicle overnight. The garage is secure and under surveillance. It is easily accessible in the downtown area. I came back the next morning to pickup my car. It looked stellar! The lighting really makes the cars pop too. The exterior looked brand new (minus water spots that apparently weren't able to be removed from the 3m decals). The interior also looked great. I had some minor pet fur still embedded, but nothing to harp about. I noticed that the trunk space wasn't addressed though. No biggie. Now the reason for my decrease in rating: I want to start off by reiterating that Greg and his team are excellent dudes to work with. They are friendly, fast, and do good work. My Mazda, this time around, just isn't what I expected from them. I haven't been able to get back for the car wash because the weather has been awful -- so its been a little bit of time since the coating. There are some spots where the ceramic is noticeable. Particularly under the side mirrors, you can see the coating is still there and streaked on. The new formula that they used on this "basic" coating, definitely shows a difference. Maybe this coating only included one pass over, i'm not sure, but the beading effect just isn't there. Dirt and grime still clings to the car and it doesn't wash off with water. The roof doesnt appear to have been coated, but I could be wrong. The wheels were not coated. I am unsure if the glass was coated. The trim appears to have been coated but not wiped off properly. Anyway, do I recommend them? Absolutely. I still think they do good work at a great price. However, I would strongly encourage you to ask about their options for ceramic coating and not get a lesser package. Mahalo Premiere

He took the time to show me around and was very thorough and knowledgeable about ceramic coating, which they've been doing for many years. He also mentioned that they offer tinting, done by someone with 15+ years of experience, and there's a discount if you do both. I decided to go all in and get both services. Evan happened to have an opening in just a few days due to a reschedule, so I booked right away. The ceramic coating turned out amazing--I absolutely love how my car feels, and I would recommend it to anyone. The tinting, however, left me with some questions. After a week of not opening my windows, I noticed small dust bubbles and even a fold. I sent photos to Evan, and he was quick to reply and had me come back the next day. He explained that BMW windows are trickier to tint and said that even if they redid it, tiny bubbles could still appear. I found that a little odd since the tinting is sublet to someone with so many years of experience--I would have expected them to be able to minimize that. It also made me wonder if the tinting was actually done in their clean shop or somewhere else with less control over dust, which could explain the bubbles. Evan helped me reschedule to get the tinting fixed. He planned to take me in last week but had to reschedule, and I went back today. Evan even helped put blue tape around the front part of the car to show all the dust bubbles, which were numerous. I dropped my car off and they had it for about six hours. Evan let me know that the tinter was able to redo the passenger and driver side windows. The tinter also mentioned that I was a picky customer--though I'm not in the tinting industry, so I can't really judge that--so they didn't touch the front windshield, which left me a little disappointed. Overall, I was not upset with Evan, and I think he did a great job in the areas where Auto Perfection excels. I 100% recommend them for ceramic coating--it's excellent and worth it. But for tinting, I'm a little hesitant based on my experience, and since that part is subleased, it's probably best to go to a dedicated tinting shop. Lesson learned.
