Have you ever seen your car and thought, "oh great, I've ruined this premium paint." She had less than 3 washes since I've got her a year ago. I could use the excuse that this has been a crazy year with the pandemic, but let's be real, I'm just lazy when it comes to getting my car washed. My car really suffered from the elements of this tropical whether with dirty water stains and some bird poop that I really can't help due to the bird attracting light pole above my parking spot. This place is like a hidden gem right in the corner of Sand Island, and on top of that reminds me of a movie set of the fast and the furious. He has so many garage is in there and so many different projects. Fixing car is nothing but autobody and repairs and on top of that he does bodywork and painting and also auto detailing. I called them yesterday to make an appointment and had a pleasant conversation with Mike. He gave me a 9am appointment for today. Got here a little before 9am just to make sure we were the first ones here. It's 10am and no one has shown up. No one has answered my 3 calls and text. We are already stressed enough as is with having to move at the last minute and get the shipping detail done before the vehicle leaves tomorrow at 7am. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to sending a lot of work to this family owned business... obviously won't now. Dylen left the company in May of 2023. They company is trying to keep it going - but my last visit was nothing close to a time when Dylen was there. A simple wash and interior vac and dress - took all day and was horrible. I went to pick up - the wash was bad and when driving away - I noticed they never touched the inside. A waste of time and money - this was an executive company car. Not going back- the place had its challenges - but Dylen did an outstanding job at an outstanding price. I was disappointed because the back of my trunk wasn't vacuum I had to ask Dillian to vacuum it and barely of the inside of my car wasn't even that clean missing some areas that needed to be vacuum the outside was washed and clean but the inside wasn't. I didn't expect this after a 5 star. Don't get me wrong, customer service was great Dillian was nice, but I would expect more from him to at least vacuum my car clean and wipe down the interior. They were able to take my car in for full interior detail as soon as 2 days, which was surprising because it was a weekend and/plus holiday. Amazing customer service and quality cleaning! We called ahead to schedule an exterior car wash (done by hand!). For a Model X Tesla (or any large car), the price is $35 for a wash. We gave Dylan a big tip because he did an amazing job cleaning every detail of the car! Such a sweet guy and so considerate of our time. I bought my car from Acura of Honolulu. After signing papers for nearly 4 hours, I had to wait because my car was being "detailed". So that was another 4 hours I had to wait. Smh! Mark & his son, Dylan, did an amazing job turning my second hand XB into looking like a brand new car! From the very beginning, when I first emailed them, I had quick responses (even when they were busy). They worked well to accommodate to my schedule (even when I had to cancel last min due to a family emergency). Also, they were polite, informative, helpful, easy to talk to, easily to get along with, and they really know a lot about cars (XB especially, lol). Needed a very last minute cleaning before shipping my car the next day. Didn't realize most detailers are closed on Sundays. These guys were open (bonus #1), and managed to squeeze me in at 3:15 pm (bonus #2). A team of 3 dudes descended on my car, got it looking amazing (the lead guy ended up using spray wax so my car looked sexy AF), and best part, it was only $50. They were polite, worked really hard, and you can tell they care about their work. HIGHLY recommend. I'm just bummed out I didn't find them sooner to get a full detail! My new used car was really dirty. Especially the interior. There were dog hair, trashes, dust, scratches on the ceiling and dark marks on my seats. I had a chance to get my car clean by these guys. Honestly my car looked brand new when it got drop off at the drive way. I didnt even believe myself that it was my car. These guys are awesome, I needed to find a quick wash n clean spot before I shipped my vehicle and this place was just after the Sand Island exit towards the ship yard. They washed and vacuumed and did a great job at spraying n cleaning the under carriage as well. When I checked my vehicle in, they saw I recently had it cleaned and they seemed to have just pushed the car through without the "White Glove Inspection" attitude.
