He worsened Friday and Kelly said I needed to come in right away. She was lovely, hugged me, and brought Clyde to me. He was going to have to be put to sleep but I spent time with him. Kelly took some photos of me and Clyde. She shaved some of his fur and put it in a little bag with his name on it. I couldn't stay as my neighbor brought me and was waiting plus Kelly wasn't sure what time Dr. Deck would be in to do the procedure. I called later that afternoon and Clyde was gone. But Kelly told me that Dr. Deck had made an impression of Clyde's paw for me. She said it was "really cool". I will pick it up when I take my other senior cat, Freddie, in to check his blood sugar. The office feels like a cozy home, down to the examining kitchen table and patterned floor. I had recently left a veterinary clinic I had been using for over 16 years and I made our appt. with Dr. Webb because two individual friends had used her one time each and felt that she was "great." My 2 newly adopted cats jumped out of their carrier, and submitted to the calm engaging expertise of the office exam and nail clipping with nary a whimper. Solidly educated, articulate Dr. Webb and charming Cooper won my guys over instantly. The comfort level of the office was remarkable. And the cherry on top? They are lovingly priced.
