Took all day…read more but I'm not picky I just wanted to keep her comfortable Then they started hiring a student as their only groomer in the place. 45 minutes my dog was there 60# labradoodle. (They rescheduled 4 times saying overbooked they told me ...truth was they did not have a groomer). Groomer contacted me 45 minutes she bathed, dried and shaved my 60# dog like a sheep and told me she needs to go to vet immediately. I picked her up and went In yelling. "What the hell happened". They brought Maggie out her ear lobes bleeding saying she shook her head. I said NO What do I owe you. They said. Nothing since there is an issue and here is where you can take her. Since it was weekend I couldn't find any affordable. 245$ later. I walked out of the vet With steroids and antibiotics and directions to keep her ears (lobes) covered. I asked them "you covering any vet bills on this... they let go of the grooming student. Who claimed to have her own business inside her home. They claimed no responsibility

Bev and her staff are outstanding. She knows the dogs names and their personalities and is always eager to see them. I've got one yorkie who isn't really friendly, Bev and the staff have no issues with him. If you are going to board your pet must be current on all vaccinations and you will need your vet to vouch if you don't have paperwork. You'll need to take whatever your pet needs to make him happy. Pillows chew toys special diet food and meds. Waggin Tails has some of the best groomers in the area, by appointment only. Waggin Tails has been around for a long time, with their own kennels. Your dog will have access to outside and they walk them daily. Don't settle for less when you can have the best WAGGIN TAILS
