Customer service was outstanding, and I absolutely cherish the incredible, one-of-a-kind pendants. They came ready-to-wear, with high quality chains. The first one that caught my eye was a phantom Shangaan smoky amethyst (actually a cluster of DT points so in my head I added "elestial" to the description) which totally exceeded my expectations. Then I ordered a super saturated enhydro amethyst (3 mobile bubbles in description and I actually found 4!) and a cool malachite stalactite set with copper. The crystals, design and setting work are top notch. I admire them all day when I'm wearing them and get lots of compliments. Highly recommend you check out this shop either in person or online.

It asks you a couple of questions about your favorite genre and favorite drink (coffee/hot chocolate/tea) and the staff hand-picks and creates this masterpiece. And the price is reasonable. I ordered it as a gift for a friend, so I haven't opened it yet, but I love the presentation. I can't wait to order more in the future.

They seemed to highlight their LGBTQ+ selections- not sure whether it's because its the end of pride or whether that's the norm, but I'm here for it! In addition to a wide-books, they also had lots of gift items- candles, sealing wax, stickers etc. I was truly enamored by the whole vibe. I also hear that they are part of a book crawl which sounds absolutely delightful! Wish I were a Rochester local to participate!

They have a great range in book selection, lots of unique bookish merch, and place emphasis on inclusivity. They have mandatory masking on Wednesdays, which I think is a great idea and is a super inclusive way to make book browsing safer. Prices are fair, and the booksellers are helpful and nice. I've had a good time during both of my visits and definitely plan to come back!

I had no idea ! It had been years since I last visited, so I was really excited to go back with my sisters. Staff welcomed us, we got some drinks and had such a fun time sniffing all the endless possibilities we could create. Once we had our fave lists together and sat down to create the scent... I ended up not loving mine. Even with their help and some tweaking, I just wasn't feeling it at all, which was a little disappointing for me. I did end up finding a happy medium in the end.. and honestly I was having such a good time with my family that I didn't let it bother me anyway. BUT when I picked up my candle the next day... I was completely blown away !! The scent had mellowed out and smelled way better than the day before. Like it was basically what I was looking for ! I guess sometimes it's just like that. So if you're not loving what you made... just wait until you pick it up and give it a sniff then. I will definitely be back now that I have my list of favorite smells and cant wait to make another.

Tons of plants to choose from flowers, shrubs, trees, etc. Service was very helpful too. We ended up purchasing two susan magnolias and I cannot wait to see how they blossom! Didn't really need any assistance or service while shopping, mainly because I was shopping with my mother (before Mother's Day) and we were just trying to find things we liked and sounded interesting. The employee helping us at checkout was... seemingly indifferent to being there... but it's fine. In terms of value, we found everything to generally be within a reasonable price range - and I managed to find some really fun items, including strawberry mint (excited to use it in a cocktail) and an heirloom cherokee purple tomato plant. I also picked up a lovely little variegated string of hearts succulent and a couple other plants to add to my collection. Couldn't find a couple of the items I was looking for though (a friend asked me to see if I could find a Chinese money plant - and considering they're fairly common, I was surprised that Bristol's didn't have any), but one location can't have everything, ya know? Anyway, Bristol's was lovely and I'm sure I'll be back during future plant shopping adventures.
