I didn't even know plastic seats existed. Now we have 3 plastic toilet seats in our new house. We had 4, but my husband purchased a real seat from Home Depot for the same price as the plastic one from Ferguson. At least guests who use the powder room won't think we are cheap. Danielle did not reply to my email so I stopped by the store to speak with her. She asked if they had been installed. Yes, they were installed before we moved in. I have never opened plumbing supplies to look at them before being installed by a plumber during the building process. Have you? This may sound silly, but make sure you know exactly what you are getting when shopping at the Mooresville Ferguson store.

We tried calling the store after delivery and got nothing so we went up there. The manager was rude and told us he "didn't need this". He was only willing to exchange the chairs. The problem was is the whole set needed to be replaced because the bolts were cross threaded and stripped so bad. After calling corporate and nobody wanted to help or replace it. We opted for a refund. I highly discourage you using Badcock in general.

We felt like we were chasing after her, as she tried to get prices on furniture... I think she may have needed more training in how to use the computer. after purchasing living room furniture kitchen items bedroom items media center we had to wait almost two hours for her to write up the order!!!! We were promised delivery the following week we had to chase them down to get the date and time. the delivery went smoothly , only after several calls to the store and then I had to get the manager to follow up because the sales person did not. The two gentleman that came were exactly on time and extremely proficient. However the most important piece the couch was not there! Call the store spoke to the manager Luis and he told me that I would have it no later than Tuesday of the following week.. never got a phone call spent a couple of hours on Tuesday trying to find out when I would get it. Call the store back only to have Pam hang the phone up on me. Then I called the corporate office customer service. I was speaking to the person explaining to her how disappointed we were at the service of trying to get a date and time when we will receive the additional pieces. Customer service hung up and never called back!!!! Customer service is the number one priority for purchasing items I will never buy another thing in this store again. I am continuing to try but in vain I have gotten no calls back. I am now on hold for 22 minutes with a customer service. The commercial recording I am listening to on the phone says we make it easy to bring it all home!!! This is not the case at all!! so now I give up I will be driving down to the location where I purchased the furniture to speak once again to the manager. I was told at the time of purchase by Pam that all of the items would be coming boxed. When the furniture was delivered it was extremely Dusty and the glass top of the cocktail table was scratched. I did write this on the bill as I received a floor model. I was very explicit and asking her that I would be getting it in a box and she said absolutely. Now I have one with the scratch when I called back she said you knew you were getting a floor model. That is an absolute lie!!! I would not be purchasing furniture that would come damaged. if that were the case I would have expected to at least have the option of picking one from the floor that was not damaged. Nice furniture reasonably priced......Horrific customer service!!! I would not recommend using this furniture store.

After posting my review, the manager took the time to personally call me and send an Email providing a detailed explanation addressing the reason for the significant price increase. Because of the way CLT Appliance handled my concerns, I want to update my previous review. My original concern was regarding the pricing of a repair and the inconsistent explanations I received about why the cost had increased significantly compared with my previous repair and a recent quote from the company. I want to be clear that my concern was not with the technician. He was professional, courteous, arrived on time, and completed the repair well. After reviewing my feedback, the manager from CLT Appliance reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciate that the company took the time to listen and address the situation rather than dismissing my feedback. I also appreciated that my initial conversation with the manager's assistant was escalated and handled promptly. The manager reviewed my concerns, provided additional clarification regarding the pricing, acknowledged my frustration, and worked with me to resolve the issue. CLT Appliance ultimately refunded the $125 difference that was the source of my concern. I appreciate a company that is willing to listen to customers, take accountability, and make things right. While my initial experience left me frustrated, the way CLT Appliance responded afterward demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. I also want to again recognize the technician who performed the repair. He was professional and did excellent work. Thank you to CLT Appliance for taking my feedback seriously, following up, and resolving my concerns.
