When they changed owmership a few years ago we were worried the great customer service might change but they continued the committment to the community and to affordable and quality products. From the front staff to the pharmacists, they treat everyone with respect and take their time to help you find what you need or they'll order it for you. My wife and I both got our booster shots and flu vaccines there and they were great about the whole process. It's a small pharmacy but they do their very best to make you feel welcome and address your needs. And a shout out to Tarmati for always being so kind and helpful whenever we come in. They have a vast variety of assistive devices or adaptive equipment and surgical supplies as well as other items that a drug store would stock. Here the kicker, after the sale was completed, the cashier asked if I needed a pharmacy for my prescription. My order never shipped because one item was out of stock (no one notified me of this delay they just never shipped my items). I had to drive to the physical store the day before school starts because no one could take the time to communicate that there would be a delay in shipping. I called customer service who was completely unhelpful (and seemingly a child?) I wish I never ordered from here and I will not be returning again. Will be reporting them to the better business bureau and telling everyone in my community to shop elsewhere.
