The entire staff was incredibly kind from the front desk, to the nurse, to the PA. They were thorough and very helpful. All in all a wonderful experience when you're already not feeling your best. I also found out if you do not use your insurance/if you go out of network with them, it is a $205 flat rate but that includes any tests they run there at the office, medicine they provide you there, and any examinations there as well. I know some may be cheaper but when you factor in extra tests and things the bill can typically add up fast. Overall I would highly recommend. Very clean and well kept also!

I was searching for a local Urgent care (as I'm visiting the area) and came across their amazing Google reviews so I decided to give it a try. It exceeded my expectations. I was able to make an appointment for that same day. When I arrived for my appointment, Debbie was super friendly and helpful to get me signed in quickly and back to the private room. I didn't spend much time in the waiting area/lobby but it was beautiful and immaculately clean. I've never said that about any other doctors/medical office before. Once my vitals were taken, Diana the NP was in quickly to asses the issue. She was so friendly and I felt all of my concerns were addressed. I even had some wax buildup in on ear and she offered to have them remove that. (I've been told for years by doctors that I've had some wax buildup but not told what to do about it) At the end my prescription was there, I didn't have to run to a pharmacy, and I was given a nice little handout of all my vitals and notes that were covered from the visit. I was very skeptical before coming here because I was afraid the Dr. would not be able to diagnose me without being there in person. The receptionists were nice and they are the ones that help the Dr. see your vitals and such. Dr. Sam was very nice and he made sure he understood everything that was going on. The medication he prescribed to me are working and I'm very surprised that he knew what was wrong with me without being there. I still don't understand the concept but it works :) The receptionist doesn't really talk to you so it was a bit awkward but they were still really nice and took my vitals well. If you don't have insurance it's $79 and they will add additional cost if extra testing is needed. Very affordable and trustworthy.
