I was dealing with respiratory infection and they got me in right away, ran tests upon my approval, and I was in and out in under an hour. The entire staff was incredibly kind from the front desk, to the nurse, to the PA. They were thorough and very helpful. All in all a wonderful experience when you're already not feeling your best. I also found out if you do not use your insurance/if you go out of network with them, it is a $205 flat rate but that includes any tests they run there at the office, medicine they provide you there, and any examinations there as well. I know some may be cheaper but when you factor in extra tests and things the bill can typically add up fast. Overall I would highly recommend. Very clean and well kept also!

I figured it was drainage from allergies, but I wanted to make sure because it wasn't going away I was unsure if it would be strep or not so we went ahead and called our insurance. Kind, professional, and understanding. Thank you so much!

After the visit, looked on the MyChart patient portal and stated my son was diagnosed with a uri which the PA never mentioned. On Tuesday, my son had worsening chest pain so called to the urgent care to ask why my son was not prescribed something for his uri and the representative insisted it was because the uri was viral. Nothing on MyChart stated my son's uri was viral so the representative just told me this to not have to deal with helping me to obtain medicine for my son's worsening uri, whether this uri be bacterial or viral was unknown. Now, we have to wait to be seen tomorrow, Wednesday, by his primary care physician to obtain any help with his chest pain. Uninformative visit and ridiculous after-visit care help.

None of my health history was assessed prior to prescribing me a medication, which is a huge problem. Not only did I have to verify that my prescription was pregnancy safe since no one asked about my pregnancy status, but upon pickup at my pharmacy my pharmacist informed me that the med prescribed was in the same family as my medicinal allergy. But wait, shouldn't my Dr have known that? Yep, he should've. But my allergies were never assessed. Folks, there are a ton of urgent cares out there; be careful which one you choose. I know I wish I'd been more selective.

Upon arrival, the NP took relevant information about the patient's condition and ordered labs to include kidney and liver function, CBC, urine analysis, and IV fluids. After the NP drew the blood, he kept the blood needle in the patient's arm and decided to use the same needle (even though he admitted it was not the right guage) in the patient's arm and connected the IV fluids. After 45 minutes, no fluids were administered. He claimed that it was due to the needle size being wrong. But instead of inserting the correct needle so the patient could receive the very needed fluids due to his condition, the NP just put a blood pressure cuff around the IV bag in hopes more would come out. When that did not work, he released the patient without fluids. After 1 month of still not receiving results, we were then told that urinalysis and CBC were normal. When asked about the crucial kidney and liver function tests, we were told those were never ordered. Aside from the lack of communication from the office regarding the labs results, the lack of appropriate needle size for administering the necessary fluids was harmful to the patient. And to not order the relevant labs was also a mistake of the NP that could've been harmful to the patient. Since we did not receive adequate, educated medical care at this facility. We were forced to pay another copay and go to a reliable practitioner to receive the appropriate care.
