This place needs a re-do. I came in & there were crickets EVERYWHERE I can't even explain it it's like they came in by the hundreds. Definitely unsanitary for a clinic environment to be taking care of patients especially kids. They are a really great urgent care. The cost is very reasonable at $85.00 plus any additional shots, etc. The staff is so friendly and I never wait. Dr. Gupta, the owner is wonderful. Warm, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

My experience started off a bit bad I had registered online and no one got back to me I had to call after an hour just for them to tell me I had to come in and still have to wait to be seen. But the truth is ever since I got there I was greeted very nice and was treated with a kindness from the girl at the check out that she made me feel that after her it was going to be pleasant well she was right I didn't wait very long and when I was called the lady was nice then I was taken to the room to be seen by the physician. I was diagnosed with a severe sinus infection I was given medication and a shot from a male nurse that was so nice as well so my experience was really good now I'm hoping to get well after all this it's a great place to be seen. read more

Walked in and completed check in within 5 minutes. Waited approximately 10 minutes till I was seen. Total time was less than 30 minutes. Only suggestion is that their interior furniture could use a little sprucing up. Facility was clean but looked dated. All and all I would definitely go back for urgent care needs. read more

I have taken family members to this Integra Urgent Care location several times and have always appreciated how efficient everyone is. Hedrine Nana is an excellent nurse practitioner and is very personable. Our most recent visit was for a case of the flu, and we checked in online, arrived in the clinic, quickly saw a healthcare provider and left with our health care needs thoroughly addressed. This location is clean, quiet and well-managed. They have great hours and are very conveniently located for me. I will continue coming here when my family's urgent care needs pop up (which always happens at the least convenient times). Integra Urgent Care fills a gap in the healthcare delivery system for us: they're more accessible than our primary care physician and this is a smarter place to seek care than an emergency room. I have visited this urgent care twice now. I was impressed both times. Most staff are friendly, professional and caring. My nurse was a little rude and cold this last time but didn't interact with her for very long. Both providers I met with were helpful, thorough and rude not rush me. I have pretty much seen all the doctors. Their consistency and bed side manners are great. The nurses are always nice to me and I have never had issue that they didn't solve in the first visit. I don't sit in the room all day. Usually the doctor cimes in within 5 minutes after being put in a room. Thats always 5 starts for me because I hate waiting in rooms. read more

I went in this morning after having a lot of pain on my heel and my ear as a "walk in" and got treated very quickly, the front desk nurses were super friendly I know for sure one of the girls was named Fatima she was really nice I'm not sure about the blonde nurses name. The doctor gave me the right medications and was professional he was also detailed on what I had and made sure I understood what I had and what I needed to do in order to get better, will be going back for anymore issues in the future. read more

My son and I visited during a trip to Dallas for the Cotton Bowl. Dr. Reeve was wonderful and diagnosed and treated my son's food poisoning. My son made a quick recovery and we were able to catch a flight to California later that day. The staff was knowledgeable, compassionate, and efficient. Highest marks! read more

First visits was in las colinas few years back this time it was in Arlington. Both visits were great! Arlington location has amazing staff the drs are nice and know what they are talking about. I'd recommend if you need urgent care this is the place was not busy I went around 11am. No wait in and out in 20-30 mins. read more

if you go back through my reviews they are always honest and pleasant, I rarely give less than 4 stars but they deserve this rating. I went in a Saturday because my regular DR. is close weekends, because I had a runny nose, sore throat, ear ache, decided to go to this urgent care thinking it was care now but found out they've changed, they took my insurance and saw a female DR. Reeves. she looked into my ears and throat and said I had a bacteria and was going to prescribed me pills, picked those up and started taking them that night, Monday came and I was getting worst, went to my Dr. and he said to stop taking the medication that Dr. gave me because I didn't have a bacteria he gave me different medications and thankfully got better, I got from him a statement where he said to stop taking the medication I was given immediately. Later I got a bill in the mail to pay what my insurance didn't cover, I called and advise that I didn't think I should pay because they didn't run any test, no swabs like at other clinics and sent the statement my Dr. gave me. Well according to billing manager and going back and forth with the clinic. The manager said the clinic didn't approve removal of bill and the balance will remain and that I had to pay. I do not recommend this clinic at all and obviously will never come here again. read more

I went there for my 11 year old daughter who was running a fever, they did not swab her to test for the flu just told us it was strep and gave us antibiotics . 4 days later she is still running a fever, took her to CareNow and sure enough she had type A flu. My first time coming to this location. It was a Sunday and I wasn't feeling my best. Set up appt online. Got there. Filled out the basic forms and was immediately called to the back. Doctor was in room within minutes. Discussed my issues. Gave me suggestions what to eat & drink. Prescriptions helped as well. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. read more

I told the doctor about my severe pain in my upper abdomen, he proceeded to tell me it was a stomach virus. I told the doctor I did not believe it was and that I did get UTI's and Kidney Infections, he ignored me and said it was a severe stomach virus and said i will give you liquid lidocaine with some anti nausua medicine. 3 days later I started to pee blood, I have or had kidney stones/kidney infection which is what I thought and was ignored. Called the manager of these doctors and she is more worried about the doctor than the patient and what the doctor wrote in his chart when I went, let me let you know, the doctor came in with out a chart and no pen and was not writing anything when I was explaining my symptoms. My regular PCP said the doctor prob works at Integra because no respectable practice or hospital would hire him and you know what she is right. I wasted 4 days at home with a severe kidney infection and no antibiotics because the doctor at Integra was more worried about getting me out of the clinic (which was empty when I went, I was the only patient there) then he was worried about listening and diagnosing me properly. The manager said the medical board did not agree that a refund was warranted, so I guess now we just paying for missed diagnosis, so glad that my doctor was able to get me on some strong antibiotics as my symptons almost warranted me in the hospital for being diagnosed carelessly and incorrectly. read more

The person who did my daughter's vitals didn't really seem to be in a good mood and sort of ignored our concerns but 4 stars due to the actual person who treated my daughter. read more
