I had a 1:20 appointment made on line and confirmed. I arrived at 1:10 as instructed. At 2:20, after I had been in the building an hour and ten minutes, I told the receptionist I couldn't wait much longer. I was almost immediately placed in a room, where I informed a nurse I had a sinus infection and ear infection, with bleeding from one ear. I waited for a doctor or PA for fifteen minutes before I left. Not sure why appointments are taken if they take walk-ins ahead of appointments. So this review is a caution. Having an appointment at Integra means very little, and perhaps nothing at all. read more

I'd say five stars because the doctor and nurses were so nice but the front desk, KEVIN was very rude to my grandma and I. He made her feel stupid for asking him if they could change the address to the correct one online. He actually insulted her when she told him she went to the wrong location again by accident. He said "you came here two weeks ago and you still got it wrong"?? MIND YOU IT IS THEIR FAULT FOR NOT CHANGING THE ADDRESS AND I WAS SO APPALLED. I don't know if Kevin was having a bad day but as a front desk I except you to be kinder to the sick patients. Overall my care was great but maybe think about another front desk. read more

We had just arrived for a three week visit from California. I became extremely ill with an upper respiratory infection. I only had to wait a few minutes and was seen by a PA almost immediately. They took x-rays and check my medical history before prescribing a breathing machine and medication. After six days I was not feeling better so I returned and they gave me the thorough exam one more time and called in an antibiotic for me. I am super impressed with the organization and thoroughness of this urgent care. I would recommend it highly to anyone in need. I also like the fact that you can schedule an appointment online so that there is no waiting once you arrive. read more

Easy kiosk sign in. One disappointment is lack of HIPPA during the sign in process. Patients are in small quarters and names are called out. Process should use a documented number process instead of name calling in front of all to hear. For some reasons in the medical field in the last two years during Covid HIPPA has fallen to the wayside and there is no more patient privacy. It's quite a disappointment to where things have gone with all of this. It definitely needs to go back to the law and confines of HIPPA. I have been using this clinic for a long time and they have always done a good job of treating my complaints and the staff is very professional. However I have decided to go elsewhere due to the fact that they are still requiring everyone to wear masks in March of 2023. The online scheduling was very efficient and useful. They took us in within 15 minutes of our appointment time. However, I feel the PA was incompetent. She did not do a thorough examination before jumping at a diagnosis. The patient was in need of IV fluids as they have been sick for several days and clearly could't keep fluids in them. When I commented about that, her answer was go to the ER for that. I have been to many urgent cares across this country and they have been able to provide simple services like IV Fluids. The answer from the PA was we don't have a nurse on staff to administer them. So we left with an anti-nausea med and then seek professional help elsewhere. I wouldn't waste my time here, might as we go to the ER or find an alternative facility that is qualified to treat patients read more

We had a 2:24 apt because we registered on line and didn't get seen u til more than 1 hour later then they told us 5 min for a test result and 1/2 an hour past by! In top of that the nurse look angry and not polite! read more

We could check in online and fill out half the paperwork digitally, which was fantastic. A tv monitor in thw waiting room kept you informed on who was on deck. Wait times were accurate, staff was efficient, pleasant, and comforting. My son's meds were sent right to the CVS in the same parking lot as requested. I've been here more than once unfortunately for both of my children. The cash prices are extremely reasonable so far as I've had to deal with and it's a great alternative to an ER or waiting to see your primary care provider. If our family has an issue that needs immediate attention but not necessarily an emergency, this has been my go to. The only reason I'm taking away a star is because there is ZERO triage from the nurses or doctors. It is strictly a first come, first served situation, regardless of the reason for your visit. For me, this is a big concern mainly because it's about our health and wellbeing. A child with a 105+ fever should be seen before a grown person whose headache won't go away. On our last visit, my daughter and I waited for an hour to be seen, just to be immediately sent to an ER 20 minutes away. That was an hour and 20 minutes more of my child being in pain that could've been avoided if they simply triaged. Every other visit I've had prior to that was great. Everyone is always polite and happy to help. read more

I had the best experience here. The nurses are so nice and helpful and the nurse practitioner was better than any doctor I have had at an urgent care. She listened and didn't try to talk me into any unnecessary tests. I was feeling great the next day, thanks to her diagnosis. It's a walk in urgent care facility so don't expect a high dollar decor but what they don't invest in that area they invest in you. Just wonderful! New in town and had a medical issue. Signed online Saturday night, made an appointment for Sunday morning at 9:00. Arrived a few minutes early, filled out 2 brief forms. In about 5 minutes I was seen by a very hind Doctor. He put me at ease, called in a couple of prescriptions to Walgreens. And I was on my way. Feeling better today and didn't have to miss any work. I went in for a Covid test, and in the rush I forgot my mask. I thought I had a extra in the car but no. So I poke my head in the door and ask if they had one, and they said no. So I rushed over to Target to get one since they always have them on hand when someone walks in. I get back to check in, and they were really nice. Wasn't crowded at all, maybe because it was a hour before closing. Didn't have to wait hardly more than 10 minutes to be seen. Nurse was nice, the shot administrator was also. Got a steroid shot. Although I've never had a injection where it bled so much. Guess that area of my tush was sensitive with a vein and nerve. I'll go back because it's convenient and they're nice. read more
