So I just felt duped because I was looking forward to a $7 range meal item. I ordered two greek and two chicken souvlaki option. The meal comes with some tomato based potato, rice, salad and the protein. The tomato based potato is extremely salty. The rice was uncle Ben's rice on salt steroids- I couldn't taste the rice, it was just like I was eating a box of salt. The chicken was raw and overly salty- everyone threw it out. The gyro was dry, cold and overly salty- everyone threw it out. Just not edible. The salad was not bad. So I paid $12 x4 in total for a small salad because the food was just too salty. Oh yes order comes with a bread- it's stale. The location is in the front of the plaza, there's about 5 people putting orders through. Give it a try if you want to shoot your blood pressure up. :) Update: I did report to the restaurant that they were serving raw chicken kabob, at the time, they were still serving the menu item and still open. I requested for a resolution- they provided me a refund, but still remained open to receive orders. :/. I had hoped they would pull the menu items off or temporarily close while they resolved the food handling problems.

The Muhammara was amazing, not overly spicy. As for the fattoush, I found it just OK. I've had better ones elsewhere and I find that it lacked the crispy pita bites, as there was only a few. However, it's worth noting that the chicken took around 30-40 minutes to be ready, which I didn't mind because it came well seasoned and well done. Second things second, if you pull the chicken out of a Tupperware container and throw it on a flat top, you're destroying any caramelization that you got from the rotisserie. It also points to the business models origin. Pita pit. Next if you have a giant sign on your wall that says "authentic Syrian cuisine" you can't be using the pita pit business model. Additionally, tomatoes shouldn't be green. Pickled turnip shouldn't be dry and brown. Ice burg lettuce shouldn't be floppy and old. The pickles were too salty, but that's nitpicking. To top it all off they got my order wrong. I ordered a plate and a wrap. I only got a plate. Ok, I can understand that mistake, but if you thought we were sharing a plate you should give us an empty plate to allow sharing. Be warned if you eat this in your car you are guaranteed to have mayonnaise water drippings all over your car and on your lap. The taste was okay, very happy they has no MSG. But the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, cabbage ingredients very very little in the chicken wrap and I think my Falafel wrap was made wrong - swapped with the other box order. This new store opened in November and integrates the ability to online order but there is no pay function. So on arrival the order was not made until I showed up (which is a 6min drive from my workplace so it would have been nice to have it ready to pick up). The online function is supposed to help make less mistakes with order by providing the location order in advance but I feel like my order would have been better received verbally. :/ It was a two man operation with one guy making and one guy taking payments. The guy taking the payments touched his mask a lot. Washrooms were closed for guest, so for anyone with a weak bladder this location may not be accessible. It saddens me when I arrive to a take out location without washrooms available for handwashing, especially when you're eating finger foods. This location did not have hand sanitizer available for patrons. It's a rough first experience, but my bookkeeper said she liked it. So gotta give this place another try in the future.
