When that happened my autopay got disconnected and no one bothered to tell me that I was 2 months and a week away from a third month behind and a week away from getting cut off. I caught it by myself and had to call them. But now I can't set autopay on, or get any discounts, or even switch to another agency. They made their problem my problem and that makes them trash in my eyes. That's a horrible way to treat a customer and I believe all they want to do is the minimum while they collect.
