But if you've got new young puppers in your family, this is the place to take them. The trainers and staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and genuinely love all of the doggos so much. They get a very good read on their personalities in the small group setting, and mix and group dogs accordingly in different spaces while also allowing time for breaks and hydration. The space is always super clean and inviting, with big windows in the front to see the main play area. Our dog Oliver is a very assertive player, and they always make sure he gets to play his way -- even if it's with the staff! If I'm honest, our guy has probably aged out of Bark Tutor, but we keep bringing him back because it's his favorite place in the world. He's been to daycare at many other places in and out of town, but nothing gets his bottom wiggling like a day at Bark Tutor.

But when I give them a command they do it. When I walk them, I can stop and have a conversation with someone and they are behaved. Bruce has a method. I followed it for novice training. Now we are in advanced training and agility. My dogs are happy dogs. And they are good citizen dogs. I would say Bruce didn't train my dogs though. He trained me (and my daughter) on how to train them. There are fun events through the year too - Christmas parties, Halloween parties, for the dogs and the people.

For his first trial visit (which was free) I dropped him off at 9am to a great staff member. She took his bag of food and treats from me and off he went to the back. I was probably (I Was) more sad than he was. But knew he was going to be in good hands. I picked him up around 5:30 an he was just a little ball of happiness. He got in the car and immediately started whining at the door...he had already missed the new friends he had made. They gave him a good report at the end too, which made me happy! As soon as we drove away however, he immediately fell asleep. And other than for eating dinner and taking a very potty breaks he was passed out for the rest of the night. He even went into his crate early in the morning the next day, a sign that he had the Wigglebutt hangover. Can't wait to bring him back more!

When Chris says she loves dogs, she's not saying as a businessperson but as a core part of who she is. The same goes for her staff, all helpful and friendly. As soon as my dog and I get into the car with a baggie of food, my pup shivers with excitement because she knows what's going to happen. When I park, she goes a touch mad trying to get out of the car to play with all her friends (dog or person). When I come to pick her up, she dashes to the car because she wants to go home and crash because all she's done for hours is run around and play. I can't recommend their services enough. Thank you for making it easy to take a break from puppy madness when I need it. Also, they do cute photos and crafts around the holidays. My wife just about passed out from cuteness overload when she got her "Mothers' Day" card with an imprint of her little paws.

The morning I went to pick him up, exactly one hour before pickup they informed my dog been attacked. The lack of care they showed for my dog was astounding. They never told me what happen to my dog refused to answer calls or emails, he was left at the hospital bleeding with sever bites to his entire face. That's not all when the hospital contacted them regarding the bill for his surgeries the owner Chris refused to pay leaving us with the bill. Unfortunately my dog was left permanently blind in one eye due to his injuries at TLP. Andrew spent an hour or two at the house, observing the dogs and talking to us about what we were hoping to accomplish relative to what he was seeing. Before leaving, he gave us a couple of simple things to work on prior to the start of our consecutive board-and-train sessions two weeks later. Frankie and Ellie are now back with us and while they still have enormous amounts of energy, their ability to respond to commands, walk with a loose leash (zero pulling) and maintain their "place" is incredible! Selective use of the e-collars has even allowed us to redirect their attention in the midst of their loudest, most raucous roughhousing episodes. We can't recommend Andrew enough. He has a way that brings about significant behavioral changes in the dogs while building the confidence of owners: it's amazing to witness the transformations. We are so grateful that we found Andrew and would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking to reconnect and improve their relationship with their dog(s)!

We have been attending Beverly's for daycare and boarding for 5 years now and I never take my dogs…read moreanywhere else. The staff there is very understanding, helpful, accommodating and we do not have easy dogs and they make us / them feel welcomed and l loved. They are transparent with us about things that go on and always treat us with respect. Our dogs LOVE going to daycare so much they freak out with excitement when we say "you wanna go to daycare!?" It's so heart warming. Callie is our 2nd rescue dog and she came from a bad home. We used to board them overnight when we went out of town at the rescue because we felt she would feel safest there and admittedly beverlys was more expense for boarding. Well, that got hard because it's 25 min away and beverlys is 5 min away and she would ALWAYS pee herself or tear up her bed (not like her) when boarded. So this year I explained this to beverlys and my worries about leaving her alone in boarding and they were amazing with assuring us they would take care of her on the overnights. So we tried beverlys for boarding for the first time in July even though been doing daycare for 5 years and she did daycare during the day and boarding at night and she didn't pee herself, didn't rip anything up, and actually was HAPPY when we returned instead of upset and needing her "space" like usual. It's been a GAME CHANGER for us now to board them there as I truly think she knows she's is safe and protected and they are an extension of our family. If you have ANY concerns just ask for Brooke and explain them and she will make sure your dogs needs are addressed. :) Okay last amazing part (there are so many)- the photos!!!! They do days where you can purchase special themed photos and my husband ADORES that. Our dogs are truly our family. Everyone said when we had kids it would change and they would become "dogs" and they have NOT. Our family photos include them and we love them so much that it hurts knowing we will outlive our babies. The photos are an amazing keepsake to always have and honestly super funny. Attached is a hot air balloon photo that was a surprise one we signed up for. We have also done all holidays and back to school days and honestly they are soooo funny. They also now get 30 min in the bark park with the photos which my dogs love as they RUN AND RUN AND RUN and enjoy it soooo much. So, if you're thinking about it beverlys, just go in and talk to them, I promise your dogs will love it even if not socialized they will help them get socialized!
