The Wigglebutt Doghouse has been an excellent addition to our pup's weekly routine. It has given him the opportunity to socialize with other people and pets and get a great amount of exercise. For his first trial visit (which was free) I dropped him off at 9am to a great staff member. She took his bag of food and treats from me and off he went to the back. I was probably (I Was) more sad than he was. But knew he was going to be in good hands. I picked him up around 5:30 an he was just a little ball of happiness. He got in the car and immediately started whining at the door...he had already missed the new friends he had made. They gave him a good report at the end too, which made me happy! As soon as we drove away however, he immediately fell asleep. And other than for eating dinner and taking a very potty breaks he was passed out for the rest of the night. He even went into his crate early in the morning the next day, a sign that he had the Wigglebutt hangover. Can't wait to bring him back more! read more

I'm definitely a fan of Wigglebutt. More importantly, Miss Monster is a fan of Wigglebutt. The amount of excitement our youngest exudes on daycare day is bountiful. Pup parent bonus - she comes home completely exhausted. And, if you don't know, it's not an easy task to wear out a young GSD. Smiles all around on that front! Extra bonus - the staff is absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable and helpful, I couldn't ask for a better team with whom to trust my precious monster. The downsides are certainly outweighed by the upsides. There are, however, two things in particular that aren't perfect. The first is location. I drop Miss Monster off before work and pick her up after. Just as everyone else in the city is commuting. Although the location is only about a 15 minute blip when there is regular traffic, it's about an hour for me during the rush hours. This makes daycare day a bit more challenging. The second is lack of webcam. I really, really wish I could peek in on my Miss Monster for a quick smile during the day! Watching her romp with friends is nothing short of hilarious. She's a total goofball. But, like I said, the upsides certainly outweigh the two minor downsides. Having a place to take my Miss Monster for socialization with people I trust is priceless! read more

This place was recommended to us by our dog trainer. It's a fairly new business having opened in the past year and we've taken our dog here a number of times and have been extremely happy with it. They do doggy daycare and boarding. The owner and his staff are extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable about dogs and I have no worries about leaving my dog here for the weekend. I feel 100% confident that he'll keep my dog safe while at the same time giving him the attention and playtime he needs. Also he keeps the place very clean and monitors the dogs to ensure nothing bad happens. What I like most about this place is that there's really nice emphasis on playtime and exercise. He has a very spacious facility with both a large indoor and outdoor play areas. There are separate spaces for large and small dogs, and they're happy to do any special requests such as feeding instructions, medication, etc. Also it's staffed 24 hours a day and has mini suites for the dogs that are boarded or must be crated. The best part about taking my dog here is the 3 hour nap my dog takes when he gets home because he had such a fun weekend! read more

We've been looking for a doggy daycare and boarding for some time now but we haven't felt confident with any we've visited. We accidently ran across Wigglebutt Doghouse then laughed at the name not only because it's adorable but this is the name my husband calls our Austrian Shepherd. We had to check it out. Anthony has an EXCELLENT review of Wigglebutt and there is little I can add, only confirm his review. The owner and staff were friendly and everyone playing with the dogs was enjoying themselves as much as the dogs. It is a spacious facility, extremely clean, large indoor and outdoor play area. They reassured us they would keep our dogs together even though there is a 30 lb. difference in the dogs since they separate the large dogs from the small dogs. Our Austrian Shepherd requires hours of play time and this is taken care of. The dogs are only crated for time-outs during play time. We wanted to know someone could hear and see our dogs at night and not on a monitor occasionally looked at by a texting teenager. It is staffed 24 hours a day with their one of their staff physically in the back area overseeing all the dogs. Their mini suites are spacious, clean for large and small dogs and our dogs could sleep together. They didn't even laugh when I ask if I could be bring special blankets. Staff handles all medications and special needs pets have. You MUST bring your dogs for a trial run before daycare or boarding your pet. As over protective parents we left feeling very confident we had found a great place! All of our questions were answered with confidence. We're trying to let go so doggy daycare will be our first step or first day of kindergarten as I think of it. read more

Moses had his trial day today and loved it! The facility appeared to be clean and well kept. From the viewing window, I was able to see that the dogs had a variety of options for playing and resting, both indoors and outside. I am looking forward to an evening with a tired pup! Great place to board your best friend! I've had my dog Missy there twice following her trial "play date". I was initially concerned, as she was a stray and somewhat temperamental/defensive at times. She's come home both times happier than ever and exhausted! When you walk in the front office area there's a window where you can see the staff in the warehouse area where the dogs are allowed to roam free, and they always appear to be monitoring the dogs. I worked at wigglebutt and I never wanted to leave. I love the atmosphere and all the dogs that come to play. I love seeing all the doggies smiling faces when they come in for the day. I've had nothing but good experiences here. They usually have good availability, reasonable prices, friendly staff and most importantly my dog always seems super happy to walk up. He leaves tired from long days of playing and never has the hoarse voice from barking all night long he's gotten at so many other boarders. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. I called Wiggle Butt on a Saturday to make a boarding reservation for the following Friday. The girl who talked to me on the phone said they'd be pretty full, but if I brought our dog in for a play day and she played well with the other dogs they would squeeze her in. Her words were, "If you need a place we won't turn you away. That's not how we do business." Well, apparently it is how they do business. I drove an hour round-trip Monday for her play day, she did well, and I made the reservation. I was called back 2 hours later and told they would NOT take her. They were too full. Now I'm left with 4 days before our vacation starts and I have to go back to square one looking for a place to board her. Hopefully the next one I talk to won't make a reservation and then cancel it on me. I will never do business with Wiggle Butt again. read more

My dog loves going to Wigglebutt! I've taken him to other daycare and boarding places and just never felt satisfied with them. The minute we turn down Moller Rd. he gets so excited. He knows where he is going. He can't get in the door fast enough. Everybody that I have ever dropped him off with or picked him up with have been so friendly. The owner Ben & his wife along with Gail are AMAZING! I have nothing but praise for them in their work and dedication to their human and canine guests. They truly care for all of the fur kids there. I love that there is always someone there 24hrs a day if you are boarding and that is rare. I also know that they foster dogs there and help with finding them homes. So I just can't say enough good things about them. I always recommend them to anyone who needs to board their dog or a day care. read more
