He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. We accrued an additional cost when he advised that our back door locked should also be changed (so we wouldn't need different keys). Finally got it our after about an hour of fiddling with everything I could think of ... WD 40, dish soap, etc. but didn't want to go through it again. Called and got a strange recording. Within minutes I got a call back and ended up texting with Sharon. She was patient and asked questions, and within a short time indicated someone could be at my house in about a half an hour, discussed what was the likely problem (something to do with pins in the mechanism), discussed replacing the component and the cost. They arrived a few minutes before the half hour estimate and the replacement was completed and they were out of here in less than 15 minutes. Now can leave house knowing the front door is both secure and I will not have problems getting my key out. Better yet, no delays while fighting to get the key out and can get to appointments on time. I called Joe at PBC Locksmith, and he said he could be there in a half hour! He showed up just on time, was super friendly and really knowledgeable! The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock.
