It's caused an ENORMOUS headache between 2 different providers to have this fixed, while this elderly woman is going DAYS without a phone to contact loved ones, and caused out of pocket costs to have this fixed. The people who are in charge as well failed to tell important information 5 hours after the fact to help rectify the issue, and gave incorrect info, while not being able to listen, spell, or even give proper account info to also help fix this issue. You're better off going to Verizon with a blindfold than dealing with these people. Unhelpful, unlawful, and incapable at best...

The owners had already had it cleaned from a different carpet cleaner but the stain did not come out so we just threw a rug over the stain. When the leased ended we had to get the carpets cleaned, we contacted Amy's Carpet Care and they were able to get the stain out of the carpet that had been there for over a year! We have used them since for a couple of rentals and for our own house and we have never been disappointed. They are very reliable and the staff is great, very friendly and very efficient in what they do, there has not been a stain yet that they have not been able to get out. I only wish we would have found them sooner.
