They were extremely timely and efficient with the work. Initially, Sabino told me the work was going to take two days (every other contractor told us a week) but they wrapped up within one work day. They even cleaned up after, mopping the entire basement and cleaning out the closets that had the asbestos wiring and a massive, unoperative boiler. His team was so nice. We ended up having a mix up in communication with email addresses and ended up hiring someone else by the time we got the quote from Troy and Patrick and it was too late since we had already put a deposit down. In retrospect, I should have followed up but after not hearing anything (per the mixup) we just wanted to get our reconstruction done and move on. I would definitely recommend getting a quote from these guys in the future and honestly wish the circumstances worked out differently since they were our first choice out of 4 quotes in terms of people and who we felt like we could trust the most.

( the plumber identified and repaired the leak, in a timely manner, and for a reasonable price) We contacted Trojan Flood and Fire the same day, since we now have a huge hole in our living room and quite a bit of ceiling that needs replacing. 3 or 4 days later, without a call back, we called again and were able to get an appointment. Troy, who we believe is the owner, came out and assessed the damage, told us what would need to be done, and that he'd send us an estimate. Here we are, 4 weeks and 4 conversations with Michelle in the office later, who promised to get an answer as to why we've heard nothing, gotten no estimate, etc., and we still have not gotten a single callback. Meanwhile, we live with a huge mess, a hole in the ceiling, the surrounding ceiling collapsing, and another month of furniture covered with a tarp, waiting for the restoration company that never returns.
