Most of the time, the driver was even early. But, then there were a few bad times. Three to be exact. On three different occasions, they didn't show up at all, and I missed my doctor appointments. On two of the occasions, I was able to call once I realized they weren't coming and reschedule with my doctor, but when I called North Country Transportation to inquire about the ride, no one answered any of the times. I left voice mails on these days, including today, when they didn't show, and no one responded. I sent a text to the number, and on the days they didn't show up, no one responded. I waited and kept trying to contact them until there were only fifteen minutes to get to my appointment and then had to reschedule with my doctor and they still didn't show at all. They didn't even call me to say they weren't coming, and I have to believe after this happening a few times that they knew they weren't going to come. Because on most occasions when I had a ride set up with them, if I sent a text, someone replied pretty quickly. Or, if I left a voice mail, someone would text me back. But on all of the occasions where they didn't show, no one responded at all to either. The ride was set up to be one hour before the appointment. That's plenty of time, and it's pretty poor practice for a business to just not show up, and not respond to communications. It's not even like I was impolite or angry or anything when I left a message about it. I was polite and just inquiring whether someone was coming. No response. If you miss three doctor appointments in a year, a lot of doctors will stop seeing you, so I can't afford to take a chance on these guys anymore. I'm sure they don't care, but if they keep doing this to people, they probably won't be around for long.

I brought my 2026 Honda passport to installations unlimited to have nitto terra grappler g3 tires,…read moreand a full JL audio system upgrade installed. Tommy did an amazing job with the audio install, it is a very clean and professional installation and tuning. The only 2 issues I encountered out of the whole process was that my vehicle was accidentally left outside with the sunroof open and an unexpected rain cloud decided to open up right over the area and my seats, headliner and interior got wet. Second issue and I'm not 100% sure it is related to the audio upgrade is that my android auto connection is extremely finicky when trying to connect with the USB C cord. It was working perfectly fine when I dropped my vehicle off, and after picking up it has been having that corded connection issue, I do know that android auto did have an update while my vehicle was there being worked on so I am unsure of the cause of this issue, could be an issue with the update.They were very upfront and honest when I came to pick up my vehicle and immediately informed me of the rain situation, and gave me an apology and an explanation of how it happened. I informed them I was unhappy about this and also that my android auto connection was unstable and they offered to send a technician to my home which is over an hour away, I am very impressed with their dedication to their customers at this point. I ended up driving my vehicle back up there the next day because I had nothing going on and they tried to figure out my connection issue which I believe is actually possibly a software issue with android specifically because apple car play works correctly when plugged in. They also offered to give me some apparel and shipped me out a set of weather tech window deflectors free of charge as an apology for my car getting wet inside. Overall I am happy with my stereo and tires. Of course I am disappointed about the rain getting inside my vehicle, however this is life and accidents happen. I would not hesitate to bring them my vehicle for any future upgrades based on the phenomenal quality of the work their installer Tommy did on my audio upgrade. I have been questioning if i should mention the incident with the water but I feel if I'm going to leave a review a full honest and open review with full disclosure is what everyone deserves, and again I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back in the future. The only thing I could wish they offered was maybe have a professional detail done to make sure my interior was completely dry and no risk of any mold in the future, but I am confident if I would have asked them they would have done this for me. I will update this review if anything changes.
