He was very gracious about this mix up, but Dino please let your clients know you cannot park at the waiting line of regular vehicles picking up. Had a very easy return into Canada. All i wanted was to rent a limo for a Bachelor party. i was trying to give this business my money!…read more i was coming from out of state. so after researching the area, i requested quotes from a few limo places and All American Limousine was the least expensive, by far. so i decided to give them my business. the price and everything included was great. almost too good to be true compared to other quotes in the area. i was just about to whip out my credit card and call him with my payment until he told me he wanted to send a contract via snail mail *after* i made my deposit. All i asked, was to have a contract emailed so i can sign it, scan it, and return it before any money exchanged hands. that's just how i do it in my line of business! but he absolutely insisted i give him a "non refundable" deposit before i read or signed a contract. this means when he gets my deposit, he can change the quoted price afterwards; he can change anything that was agreed to and i can't do anything to get my money back. we emailed back and fourth for 3 weeks and i got nowhere, as he kept refusing to issue a contract unless i gave him money up front. Eventually he sent a copy of what his contract would look like., but nothing was filled out, not the price, not a signature... not anything. just his companies header and blank lines. it seemed extremely shady! after growing tired with frustration, i called him only to leave a voice mail and to get no call back. then i get an email saying i waited "too long" and that he booked the limo for a prom. when it was I who was the one waiting for him!! so now, after a 3 week headache, i have nothing to show for it. i guess i am just going to have to contact someone else. unless you enjoy games and unprofessionalism, i wouldnt recommend All American Limousine. not at all

We booked a van to bring ten of us to different wineries around the area. We had already chosen our wineries, but if you want them to help you choose they also can do that. From the second Tammy B arrived we knew it would be a great trip. She was so professional and even brought us a special wine grape necklace to pass around our trip. I had been planning and stressing all week and Tammy immediately told me to relax and that she would take over. Tammy adjusted wineries times when needed, managed to squeeze an extra, brought us to special photo spots and entertained us all day long while still giving us space to enjoy our time together as a group . She is truly a gem! At the end of the day, Tammy had created us all little tokens to remember our day by. We had a wonderful day and would book with FL limos again in a heart beat.

Wouldn't give a refund of the $200 deposit, instead a in-house credit to use within a year. There goes 200 dollars down the drain all because they can't find it in their heart to give it back after an hour of booking an appointment months in advanced. Argued with Jen over this and she was terrible. Emailed the owner... got zero response. Contacted the better business bureau and they lied to them. I wouldn't give this business the time of day. Overpriced assholes.
