The first time we booked, we had to cancel because he was still asleep and sleep around here is precious. We called and they were nice and relaxed about it. Another time we tried to come, we had to change his diaper last minute again and were running late, so we called again. We learned that appointments here are only fifteen minutes long, so if you're going to be over five minutes late, you need to re-schedule. Their online booking service was super convenient and we finally booked an appointment we could make with his nap schedule. We arrived and our son immediately lit up. He loved the slide they have in the lobby, the little car chairs they cut their hair in, and the Disney moving playing on the TV. He got so excited to sit in the car chair that he hardly noticed his hair being lightly sprayed with water. We were paired with Reba, who immediately started cutting his hair, taking advantage of him sitting still. Every time she needed him to move his head, she'd lightly tap on the little car steering wheel in front of our son with her comb and he'd turn her head. We were amazed. It's like she's done it before. LOL. His haircut is so cute and he was beaming the whole time. This is a child who won't let us drive more than five minutes before he wants out of his car seat, yet he loved sitting in the hair dresser chair. It went so much better than we thought it would and we are so thankful. We did the first haircut package which was $26 but comes with their lock of hair, and a family photo, all on a certificate. It honestly is so sweet and I'll keep it forever, so it was worth it in my book. We will definitely come back here! Thanks for being so great with our son!

I look forward to everytime I see Stacy because she's so bubbly and personable, instantly makes you feel at home, and is up for whatever you want for your hair! She's so culturally relevant and real, and remembers details about you. And she wants what you want for your hair with no judgment. The first time I got red highlights, they faded quickly so she touched them up at no cost & then gave me a color-infused red conditioner at no cost to help lock in the color. What stylist does that! And when I said I wanted to do rose gold, she was more than excited to do that too! She's been doing hair for 20+ years & she mentioned a hair stylist series she watches, which shows that she STILL refines her craft. As for Salon Lofts the building, it's pretty easy to get to, plenty of parking & pretty easy to find inside of the building.

Not to mention she gives the best scalp massages, this is really why I get haircuts! ‍ Another thing I really appreciate is that they have a front desk person. They notify the stylist you've arrived so you don't have to wait long and they help with payments and appointment scheduling. I get text reminders when I have an appointment coming up. I've bought product here and been happy with it too. Probably most important and what you're interested in--the price feels reasonable. I can come and walk out with both a cut and a tip for around $50. This, aside from my relationship with my stylist, is one of the main reasons I've consistently returned. I have always had nice, thick, and generally long hair. However during quarantine I did some diy hair dye and hair cuts. Constantly trying to dye my own hair and lifting color myself damaged the lower half of my hair to where it was constantly frizzy, tangled, and there was a lot of breakage. I tried to do hair masks every two days to try to get my hair back to its normal healthy state, but no luck. So I went in to Method Salon to chop off all of the damaged hair. I told Tim, as I have told all of my past hairdressers, to do whatever he thought would look best and to cut off what was needed to make my hair look healthy! Tim did a fantastic job of working with me to find a style that would flatter my face shape and making sure that I was ok with the length! I ended up buying two of the products that Tim used on my hair too-- the Oribe Dry Shampoo and the Oribe Split End Seal. They smell heavenly and make my hair look like I just stepped out of a salon. I am so glad to be back to getting compliments on my hair!
