My white gel looks rippled and the old gel is still visible through the new gel. I had to reshape and redo my nails quickly as I had a trip the next morning, so I didn't even take a picture. I have always walked into the salon the few times I have been here. So this time, I tried to stop in on Tuesday, June 30 to get my bangs trimmed and the salon was not open for some reason. There was no sign on the door why they were closed, but the hours on the door was until 5:00pm everyday. They did not change their hours on the door compared to what the hours are online right now in their website. Their hours on the website were M-T-W until 4:00pm and the rest of the week until 5:00pm. So the hours on their sign do not match their online hours at all. I am from out of town and have a long drive to get to great falls. I don't make it into the city very often and when I do, I get errands done and things I need to do since I am in the city for part of the day. So please change your hours on the door to match the hours online. Then you will not have any problems from customers who stop in to get their haircut and the hours will be same on both the door and online. I am definitely not happy with the situation and not sure if I am going to take a chance and try to stop in again to get my haircut. We were passing by to go to Walmart to shop, fortunately, and your salon was on the way. I'm sorry to write this bad review, but it is frustrating when places change their hours and don't change their sign for the hours. A lot of places here in Montana do that and the small towns are worse. I hope the problem gets fixed soon.
