I drove two hours round trip and fasted for twelve hours for nothing. No one mentioned this when I booked the appointment. I wonder what their policy is if I missed and appointment? I took time off work and made the trip for nothing. This shows poor scheduling and communication on their part. I return a week later for the physical that had to be faxed to my employer. I waited a week and nothing had been faxed. I had to make the two hour round trip back to the doctors office, to get my paper work and fax it myself. I had to make three trips to the Bedford office which should only of been one trip. My wife had the same physical at the Western Center office, with no issues. The Bedford office is terrible. Great doctors bad office staff Very disappointing experience -- I won't be returning. Did I mention on the first visit, and the second I had to miss work. I made several phone calls. Don't waste your time calling this office. They don't return calls, they will have you on hold for over an hour. I cannot say how great these doctors are, we have been seeing them for over a decade, they are the best just the Bedford office, is terrible.
