All of them told me the dent was too big to pop out and they couldn't help me. I called Ohio Dent Repair, text them photos of the damage and to my surprise, he said he was pretty confident that he could get that fixed and told me to come in at 3p the same day. I arrived a few minutes early. He was waiting for me and pulled the car into the bay and immediately got to work. I get nervous so I didn't watch him do the repair but 10 minutes later, the dent was nearly undetectable. Given how deep it and big the dent was, I can live with the few imperfections that are left behind. To the average eye, nothing happened. I also appreciate the fact that he said he could touchup the paint but the color wouldn't be an exact match and it would stick out even worse unmatched, then untouched. I ended up calling the dealer and ordering a touchup paint stick from them so that I can fix the three very small spots where the paint did get chipped. I could not be more happy with the service they provided today and will never use anyone else for this service, if I ever need it again. Top notch! Great customer service! Great work!

I spoke to Matt and he gave me extremely fair pricing since I was bringing in my own parts that I had found on Facebook marketplace from a matching vehicle. I was expecting to have to wait a week or two to get the car back, but he worked me in and got it back super quick when they had a cancellation! They went out of their way to even remove some pinstriping from the replacement parts so that it matched the rest of the car. They buffed out the replacement headlights so that my daughter would be able to see better and they even Changed out a brake lightbulb for her. These guys went above and beyond And did an excellent job and saved us thousands of dollars. I cannot recommend them enough for your auto body needs !

They cited that their shop has been sued multiple times in the past Which makes me wonder what they have done to be sued so many times that they had to create a policy. The gentleman behind the desk and one of the mechanics suggested that I lie in the future about having done any work on my car so they are actually promoting lying and dishonest acts Which further makes me worry about and wonder about their integrity and adds Creedence to the fact that they have been sued multiple times. I would highly recommend trying somewhere else and not doing any business with this place. My father and brother were mechanics and I grew up around a garage and it is worrisome and unethical to turn down work out of fear of being sued again. There are plenty of other garages in the area. The shop manager told me that even though I would be paying the same hourly rate as other smaller jobs, he did not want to have his staff do it because it was too hard. He said that he would rather do a bunch of smaller jobs such as brakes and oil changes than one large larger job even though the pay would be the same. This doesn't make any sense to me at all. He indicated that he was too poorly staffed, lacking Talent to complete larger jobs. The manager was engaging and was polite, but at the same time, dogmatic and insulting to a degree. Not recommended, keep on looking for a shop that is not afraid of your car. I wouldn't be surprised if they come on here and try to turn this around and state some positive things about their business in an effort to use it as free, marketing or advertising, but, enter at your own risk.
