This place is straight out of the 70's. Old machines and the dryers take forever, even on hot. There is an angry man that will kick you out at 8:58. Yes they shut the doors at 9! Not many good laundromats in this area. This one is one of the worst. Look around find a better place. read more

This is my favorite go to for my laundry. It's a nice location. It's safe and the staff are very nice. The machines are always working and it's next to Sprouts and Staples. I recommend this place if you live in Costa Mesa Also there is a lot of parking space available. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to come here after reading the great reviews. Our washing machines at our complex work horribly. Coming to this place has given us such a relief! We washed all of our bedding. Our white sheets and white comforter came out bright white and smelled sooo clean! This laundry mat is in a safe area as well. I felt comfortable sitting outside by myself while my boyfriend rotated our bedding. The price of laundry went up at EVERY LAUNDROMAT. However this place is worth the additional price raise due to how clean our clothes were and the safety of the area (most coin laundromats in the area have sketchy people in, and outside of them). The laundromat itself was very clean as well. They have an atm in the back. Idk if they charge an extra usage fee tho. read more

Brought a couple large items. Came back 10 minutes before 9 pm to remove them from the dryer and the lights were off and door was locked. Had 10 minutes of time I PAID FOR left on the dryer. Super annoying read more

I can to this laundry because of its access for larger vehicles. I came here early to get in and out. The parking lot was empty and plenty of spaces yet the owner came to my vehicle and was banging on my door. He yelled at me and demanded I move my v3hicle so he could park at the entrance. All he had to was ask nicely when I exited my vehicle. People these days are so rude to there customers I will never use this laundry mate again. They don't make you download a ridiculous app that only benefits the owner (counts money for lazy) and hurts the customers (sell customer info to 3rd party and end up receiving spam calls, spam emails, your personal info on Google, ect.). This review is long over due.. I've been utilizing the services at Alpine Cleaners for over 11 years. The establishment is always kept very clean and I've always been pleased with the items that i've had dry cleaned. There are many different washers available and a whole bank of large dryers along an entire wall. The really cool thing is that (and I'm probably wrong), it seems that the price of the washers has never gone up over the years! When I went back to part time work due to Covid, this was really helpful. The proprietor Sye, is one of the kindest men I know and always seems to remember my name and everyone in my family. Always asking how we are doing and wishing us his best. I absolutely recommend using Alpine Cleaners for any of your clothes cleaning needs. I highly doubt you'll be disappointed. read more

Highly recommend this laundromat!! I came in Friday night and met the owner, Sai (I'm not sure how to spell his name). I had never been to a laundromat before to wash my blanket so he helped me to the right machine and even gave me some soap since I left my soap at home. He was incredibly friendly and definitely went out of his way to make sure my blanket got cleaned to my liking and I always am a huge sucker for great customer service. I believe he is only there during certain hours (8-6pm ?) and then the laundromat is open afterwards for self-service. read more

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience here. I took in my rug to be dry cleaned & when we picked it up we noticed the colors had bled & the end pieces were frayed & tangled. It was obvious it was thrown in a washer. What's most upsetting is we were charged for a dry cleaning service & was then told we asked for it to be washed. Very sketchy service & terrible customer service was my experience. Be careful when dropping off items for dry cleaning. Make sure you get the service in writing if you do choose to leave something for dry cleaning. read more

I had never been to this laundromat before, but I needed to wash my king size bed pad which didn't fit in my home washer. I have to say, I was amazed by the service the owner, Sy, provided. He helped me set up the extra large machine, get change, and even used some of his own bleach. Plus, the laundromat was very clean and nice. We had a lovely conversation, and then I went outside to sit and make a phone call. When I went back in, Sy was putting my bed pad into the dryer! Talk about service! Self-service laundry services... First of all, the place is small compared to other places I've been, but it is CLEAN! So clean, I'd come back just for that reason. The regular front load washers are $2.50 and dryers $0.25/8 mins (other places I've used are $0.25/10 mins and seem to get a bit warmer). Top load washers are $1.75 instead of $1.25 compared to other establishments. Big con: washers didn't seem to spin clothes very well, resulting in at least 1.5 more time to dry. Dry cleaning/spot treating... I did have one blouse that I left with the dry cleaners for spot treating... Will update review after I pick it up. Fluff and fold... Haven't tried fluff and fold yet based on the two negative reviews posted. Sure I'll give it a try one day because it's only $1.75/pound and a one day turn-around read more

My parents and I have been doing our laundry here for 10+ years. I don't like doing laundry, but this place makes it so much easier. I can get things done faster since there are plenty of washers and dryers; some washers allow you to wash three loads at once. There is lots of counter space to fold all my cloths and even carts for you to put laundry baskets in and hang the clothes you don't fold. Sye is a wonderful person who is always kind and helpful when my parents and I come in. He knows me by name and asks me about how I'm doing and gives me tips about how to do my laundry. I always appreciate it and it makes me feel more comfortable when I'm by myself in the laundromat. Overall a great and reliable place and I highly recommend using Alpine cleaners anytime you need to do laundry. read more
