Only been here once so far since our in unit dryer gave out. I also ran out of underwear, even going commando on some days in hopes of having our dryer fixed in time (damn you insurance!). The clothes began piling up, and I had about two loads of laundry to dry here. Washed the clothes at home to save some moneys, and took the laundry here to use their huge dryers. They have a change machine, and I used $1.50 to completely dry all my clothes. The space is a bit tight, but I was able to fold my clothes. For reference, I went on a Friday afternoon at around 4:30PM. There were maybe one or two other folks who stopped by, but it seemed like a lot of the machines were in use due to people dropping off laundry. No issues or problems during this visit. I drove 20 minutes with 5 bags of laundry after confirming they had a drop off service over the phone. I arrived to NO ATTENDANT IN THE BUILDING FOR OVER AN HOUR 10am to 11am! I called upon arriving to confirm they could take drop off and I was here, and the person on the phone didn't understand me and just kept saying "yes" due to a language barrier. This was my first time going here today with a client who needed help with her laundry, had no clue what we were doing whatsoever did not realize that you can't put coins in like old school or dollar bills and get coins. Everything's all on a card now and it's a little bit confusing trying to figure out the card and using it to start the machine. The was a lady there today that was so helpful. Had to come here when my washer/dryer broken and was pleasantly surprised. Overall well kept but do look out for machines that do not have buttons - loaded and had to reload after because did not take coins and/or start. One particular machine I used twice worked the first time, but not the second so had to wait for it to finish the cycle and transfer to another machine. Other than that, was thankful for a good calm location and simple to use. They have a coin machine there for change in case you don't have any on hand. read more

They have a POS system on site that allows customers to use their card to get coins for the machine. More clear pricing guidelines would be nice but overall this place gets the job done. They also offer drop-off cleaning services which is nice. The employees were nice and helpful. read more

In search of a place to wash our comforters and blankets, Yelp came to the rescue by introducing me to this place. Signs on the walls indicate the laundry load equivalents and costs. The largest machines can take 6 loads ($5.50 - $6), approx 2 large bedspreads (comfortably, without crowding). The dryers (2 sizes): $0.25 per 6 minutes. The staff estimated $1-$1.50 for my purposes; my thin-but-heavier cotton blankets took an additional $.50. I appreciated that the friendly and helpful staff was on hand to assist me. Clean facilities. I've used their facilities twice now and felt comfortable both times. Glad to discover this place, for my big items. read more

They go out of their way to make things easier and better for their customers who sometimes need a little extra. The facility is clean and easily accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful. The fluff and fold is amazing because they quality of the care they take getting spots out of clothes, packing and folding them beautifully as if they were brand new, delivery and turnaround time has changed the industry in Orange County (and beyond). When other laundromats were failing during the pandemic, this business was expanding because they adapted to meet and beat customer expectations. Update! I went back in hoping to just retry their services and give them a second chance, one of the owners approached me as I was dropping my laundry off and asked "what the hell are you doing back here" which he followed up with "you know I don't want to push your business away, but seriously what are YOU doing back?" He then gaslighted me about leaving a review, which would have been easily corrected by getting in contact with me and resolving the complaint. They said they were going to get in contact with me during the whole fiasco. But they never did contact me. So I left a review. For the owner of a business's to approach a long time customer who left a review and to gaslight them for doing so...unacceptable yet again. I took my large goose down comforter, pillows and large blankets that would not fit in my washer. I was quoted by one dry cleaner $150 for the items which I thought was ridiculous. Went to a different dry cleaner and they quoted $165. I'm not sure the exact amount I paid here but I did two LARGE washers (they are gigantic) wash loads at $6 each. ($12 total) Another smaller washer (still a large washer, I put 2 queen size sleep pillows in it) at around $3. Then used 3 separate dryers that could not have been more than $10 total. In all I paid approximately $35. That's over a $115+ savings. Staff was extremely nice and friendly. They saw the oversized items I came in with and showed me the very large washers in the back. They also helped me pay for the large washers on my credit card and also gave me quarters from my credit card to use on the other quarter machines since I didn't have cash on me. Also, everything was extremely clean. I will definitely be back! read more

I actually did my laundry here and found out you can drop off your laundry and come back the same day or next day (depending what service you pick) to pick up your clothes. The place is small but its very clean and has big machines to dry clothes. It's unfortunate what this place has become... I am glad to see the business is booming but when you have 5 employees folding clothes and 85% of your washers/drying machines been used that's not good. This place is a small to start and then you have 2 folding rows and 1 row, for people to sit and enjoy a beverage/Chips from the vending machine while they wait for their clothing as it is been washed/drying. I witness someone just throw their dry clothes into a bag since there is no space to fold your clothes. That's horrible since you are paying to dry and use the space to do the job. I personally had to stand next to my drying machine in order to fold my clothes and then a worker made a small 12"inch space for me to fold, but by then I was done. This place is completing orders for another business they run on the side.You should consider the locals who come and use the machine as a laundromat and not a dry cleaning service. If you have 5 employees folding! Where does that leave space for the rest of us? I get your trying to make extra income, but this is coming with a high cost of pushing away others who need to use this place as it was originally created. If your running a dry cleaning or fluff and fold service seek a proper facility to operate that business. 300sq ft is just not cutting it for both your customers and employees to work under one roof. I felt like i was employed for a moment. Ha Save yourself from wasting time on a machine or dryer since this owner is aware of this situation an he won't make any efforts to improve this. Extremely friendly owners that used their own quarters so I could pay with a credit card when my laundry was all done. Fast wifi that let me work while I waited, even though it only took an hour! Very clean, modern, wifi, TVs, folding tables, multiple size machines and tons of dryers. If you are in the area and need laundry taken care of, give these guys a shot. read more

If you have to go to a laundromat, I recommend Coast Coin Laundry. - They put their machines through a hot rinse every day to minimize odor. - They have free wifi. - They are owned and operated by a nice family. - They are near a highly-rated Vietnamese restaurant (that will let you use their bathroom), two highly-rated Mexican restaurants (refer to my review of Great Mex), and an underrated Thai restaurant. - They have two TV's and sometimes take requests. - They play classic R&B on their PA system. - Their hours are pretty damned convenient (if you can, go on Friday. It's less crowded and you can take advantage of Taco Friday at Great Mex.) - The place is kept very clean! - If you're not given one, ask for a Rewards Card. If you're going to spend time doing laundry, you may as well make your experience as pleasant as possible. Oh, yeah, there is a bar next door, but it's so frightening that even I won't set foot in the place. Why bother? You're driving home anyway, right? What if you wind up in jail? Our washing machine broke a few weeks ago and I set aside a night to do my laundry here. Feeling a bit silly because what I thought would be all night long ended up being 1.5 hours to do 10 loads of laundry. I had 5 loads of towels too and everything came out GREAT! My pictures aren't really any different than the others here. It's a smaller facility and directly across the street from Sudz - another laundromat. This one seemed to have a more modern, industrial vibe to it. Unbelievably clean - even the insides of each machine! Thank you for providing such an efficient and safe facility! This is by far the nicest laundromat I've ever been to. It's very clean, modern, and amazingly doesn't stink of laundry chemicals. This is extra important to me because I have horrible allergies to synthetic fragrances, particularly dryer sheets and scented laundry detergent. I was shocked that unlike our apartment complex washers and dryers, many of the machines here smelled neutral and not stinky. Hooray! The friendly attendants are readily available to break your $20's or help you use the machines. They also offered us free water on one occasion. Many of the machines accept credit cards, too. Most wash cycles take less than half an hour to run, and the dryers cost just 25 cents per 6 or 8 minutes, depending on the size of the dryer. All said, we can get 10+ loads of laundry done here in less than 1.5 hours. While they don't have their own bathroom, you are welcome to use the one in the bar or at the neighboring restaurant, just a few feet away. Coast Coin also offers free wifi, large folding tables, and ample seating. If you're in need of a nice, clean place to do laundry, check them out. But please leave your smelly detergent at home. ;) read more

Laundry is pretty empty today and I was the only one in the store except two employees. When I was taking my cloths from washing machine and about to put them in a dryer, a lady( i think she is the owner) came out from a room and complained to one of the employee that someone is not taking cloths out of a dryer after it was done. The lady actually opened the dryer and touched the cloths that was freshly washed and dried....there was another customer waiting outside in his car and he was using washer and dryer at the same time and I thought the dryer finished less than 5 mins ago......I think it is pretty rude to touch customer's belongings without permission. Maybe the lady thought someone left the cloths inside the dryer because I was the only one who was inside the store. But the lady still opened and touched the his cloths even though a employee said he was waiting outside. I would understand if he left the cloths too long or the store was busy and no dryer was available. Sorry....I will never come back. read more

Disappointed and angry! We tell everyone about this place. I was super excited to redeem my hard earned loyalty free wash but I was told rudely by an older gentleman that was more entertained by some chick that he only works "1 day" and repeatedly said " I don't why you can't I was just told you can't." I asked "what's the logic?"and the response "I don't know" and just laughs then says "so what do you want me to do with these?" There's no specific note on the card that says it can't be combined the ONLY note stats "cant be combined with OTHER offers." Also, it's very smart of employers to hire employees and not provide them with information so they can just say "I don't know that's what I was told, I just work here 1 day." No shit you work here! I've earned the free wash!!! It's 6 bucks for how many washes I've done? Update on the facility...I've been coming here for awhile an in the last 8 months there's always always a machine two or three machines not working properly or drying properly. Clean, safe, wifi, outlets, counters to work or study, friendly owner often present. None of the usual untreated mentally ill talking to themselves or bothering you. No need to hide behind your earbuds and sunglasses, or in your car, because everyone is actually here to do LAUNDRY not creep or loiter. Proof positive that laundromats don't have to be sketchy dumps. Next door boomer bar drunks can be occasionally annoying, just don't make eye contact. No restroom but since patrons are so chill, they arranged with the restaurant 2 doors down to use theirs no prob. Notice how when places are new, the staff is over the top friendly, which fades after they've been open a while and get jaded? Well after 2+ years these guys are still friendly. Wait wut.
