Great to have a rock climbing gym close to home. My oldest daughter has a membership here and we came to spectate during her climbing session. The gym is well kept and the employees were friendly. There are plenty of wall courses to keep you challenged. It definitely piqued my youngest daughter's interest enough for her to try it the next time we visit!

My boyfriend and I visited Alpine Climbing on a weekday in early November 2025 (yay $20 day pass!!), and we had a great experience overall. The bouldering area was partially set from a recent competition--half was still comp-style problems, and the other half was in the process of being reset. While we didn't get to climb much in that section, the problems we did try were well-set and fun. I especially liked the "tunnel" feature--it's a unique touch that adds a lot of character to the sets in that area. I mean who doesn't like to climb on the ceiling!? The roped climbing area was definitely the highlight of this trip. The walls are impressively tall, and every rope station is equipped with a GriGri+--for any experienced climber you likely grimace, but no issues using the GriGri+'s installed. they all worked as designed and were clearly well cared for. The staff was absolutely amazing. We were helped by a brunette woman at the front desk (I wish I had gotten her name!) who was incredibly welcoming and thorough in showing us around. Although we didn't explore the kids' area this time, it looked like a blast--and we're already planning to come back with our kids soon. This gym has a great vibe, and we're excited to return!

The perfect change of pace for our kids. Took the family for indoor climbing on a hot day. Great price for 90 minutes of fun. There are kids area and more advanced areas around the facility to suit all needs. We will definitely return for a nice climbing activity on the next triple degree weather day. Ps. Staff is awesome

It was our first time, my boys have a slight fear of heights so they were very nervous on the drive over. After warming up a little they had the time of their life! It's suitable for all ages, my 6, 10, and 12 year olds all enjoyed the climb options. We're going back again this week because they can't stop talking about it!

Easy to find, lots of parking. Staff were super friendly & Knowledgeable. Signed a waiver for my daughter and I for the adventure climb. Decently priced, there wasn't a time limit that I was aware of but you get tired after climbing so much. We did the adventure climb for all ages. My 8 year old loved all the different types of climbing she was able to do. Great place to get wiggles out on a rainy day.

They taught my 10 year old to belay!

Glad to have this in the area. I've never seen it super busy but usually go during the off hours although I've been here on the weekend and it was also surprisingly quiet. Memberships are reasonably priced and staff is friendly and helpful. My son took a class here and loved the experience.

I love climbing here! The gym is huge with a Boulder section, top rope section, auto belays, and a kid section. The gym is kept very tidy and clean. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The top ropes are all equipped with a grigri. They have multiple ranges of paths for all level!

First time visiting Alpine Climbing. Staff at front were very helpful. Very nice and clean facility with seating area for breaks. Place was a bit busy but without long wait times to climb. It was my daughter's first time there and she had lots of fun. Will definitely go back next time with the entire family.

I brought my nine-year-old here to climb for the first time, and he had so much fun! I love that there's a variety of difficulty for the kids and the adventure center really was exciting for him. The staff was really friendly, the facility was really clean, and it wasn't too crowded. When we went on a late Sunday afternoon. I absolutely would come here again, and I plan to bring all my nieces and nephews with me too!

My first time climbing was a success! I enjoyed the variety of activities that they offered and the kids adventure zone was super fun. They had plenty of different activities to choose from and is a great place for a birthday party! The space and facilities were clean and staff were helpful and friendly. I'm definitely coming back!

Linda A.

Been here a few times, also booked my 8yr old's birthday party here. Party review: Hosts were great and helpful. Pros: -They provided plates, utensils, napkins, table covers -Fridge/Freezer for use -lots of tables, chairs -enough counter space -TV kept the super littles occupied and bigger kids when they took a break from climbing -Restrooms are basically steps away Cons: -very little, which they provided better invitations, like color customizations- it was plain. -no party favors included , no discounts/passes for kids who attended or even the birthday kid, and no t-shirt for birthday kid, nada.

However, there is a serious and ongoing issue with cleanliness and pests that can't be ignored. Multiple members have noticed and openly discussed cockroaches in both the gym area and bathroom stalls, as well as black widows in the lifting room. This isn't an isolated incident--it's something that has been consistently brought up among members. What's most frustrating is the lack of acknowledgment or visible action taken to address it. For a facility of this quality, basic sanitation and safety should be a top priority. Unfortunately, due to these concerns not being resolved, I ultimately had to cancel my membership. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, because this gym has a lot of potential and I would genuinely love to return if improvements are made

I really enjoy working out at Legacy Athletic Center. The facility is always clean,…read morewell-maintained, and offers a great variety of classes, which keeps things interesting and motivating. That said, the membership pricing has steadily increased over time. When I first joined, unlimited classes were around $180, but now it's approaching $300 for essentially the same access. It's also become increasingly difficult to secure spots in popular classes like Pilates and Ride, which can be frustrating given the higher cost. While it's undeniably a beautiful and high-quality gym, it's no longer what I would consider affordable. The rising prices are starting to make it less accessible and seem to be pushing out those who aren't in a higher income bracket.

My toddler locked herself and my infant son in my car, I ran back into the gym and Shawn immediately jumped into action and was able to call a locksmith he personally knew who arrived within minutes. Even though the gym…read moreitself looks spacious, during peak hours--especially during and after school--it feels more like a hangout spot than a place to work out. Trying to get a bench or a cable machine can be frustrating, with two or three people hovering around one station and constantly saying they have "a few more reps," only to pass it to their friends. If you come during off-peak hours or stick to cardio, it's much better. But if you're planning to lift weights during peak times, you may end up waiting more than actually working out. Another downside is the amount of filming going on. There are way too many tripods and people recording. It's hard not to feel like you're interrupting someone's content, even when you're just trying to get through your workout. I think management should consider limiting tripods, banning them, or at least creating a designated filming area so it doesn't disrupt other paying members. That said, the gym does have a lot going for it. There's a full indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, an upstairs stretching area, and even a kids' daycare. Overall, it's a solid gym with great amenities--just overcrowded and a bit chaotic during peak hours.
