I recently brought a group of about 10 kids here for my son's birthday. The facility itself is clean, fun, and the kids had a great time climbing. Unfortunately, the customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Weeks in advance, I emailed management to book a spot for our large group. I was explicitly told via email that they don't take appointments and that it was first-come, first-served. Yet, when we arrived in the morning, the front desk staff was highly reluctant to let us in. They claimed a birthday party was starting around noon and told us we could only stay for 1.5 hours--even though I was paying full price for All-Day passes. When the staff member claimed this rule was clearly stated on their website, I asked her to show me. She couldn't find it. Instead, she dug up an outdated physical document that mentioned a 90-minute limit, but it listed a $25 price point rather than the current $30 rate posted online. It was obvious she was using old, irrelevant policy documents just to justify kicking us out early. It was our first time rock climbing, and it was our first time at Alpine. My daughter really wanted to go for the first time after seeing a few friends do it and I'm so glad we went. She had so much fun and is already asking to go back. We are talking to all of our friends about it and encouraging them to come with us next time. My daughter's favorite was jumping off the buildings, and I found myself climbing up those walls as quickly as I could. Something I did not think I was going to be able to do. My boyfriend and I visited Alpine Climbing on a weekday in early November 2025 (yay $20 day pass!!), and we had a great experience overall. The bouldering area was partially set from a recent competition--half was still comp-style problems, and the other half was in the process of being reset. While we didn't get to climb much in that section, the problems we did try were well-set and fun. I especially liked the "tunnel" feature--it's a unique touch that adds a lot of character to the sets in that area. I mean who doesn't like to climb on the ceiling!? The roped climbing area was definitely the highlight of this trip. The walls are impressively tall, and every rope station is equipped with a GriGri+--for any experienced climber you likely grimace, but no issues using the GriGri+'s installed. they all worked as designed and were clearly well cared for. The staff was absolutely amazing. We were helped by a brunette woman at the front desk (I wish I had gotten her name!) who was incredibly welcoming and thorough in showing us around. Although we didn't explore the kids' area this time, it looked like a blast--and we're already planning to come back with our kids soon. I had the BEST experience, we went early in the morning and during the week which was really nice because it wasn't busy at all. I'm a bit afraid of heights so I appreciate the walls at Alpine and how they are set up. I also appreciate each climb that has been set has the grade so you can get a better idea of your skill. The perfect change of pace for our kids. Took the family for indoor climbing on a hot day. Great price for 90 minutes of fun. First time in an indoor rock climbing space. Four of us took a class together, the instructor was kind and patient. We spent considerable time on tying the proper knots and making sure our equipment was put on correctly and safely, showing us how to check ourselves and each other. We all got to climb and learn how to use the belay system. It was incredibly fun!!! After our class and several climbs up the rock walls on belay, we toured around the rest of the spaces. We tried several rock walls where we self-attach the ropes to our harness. This could become seriously addicting!!!! Already have plans to go back a few more times! read more

I took my granddaughter here for her first time of climbing. She is six years old and a little bit timid so she was a bit worried when we first walked in and saw what we were going to do. The young guy that helped us quickly put her at ease and helped her with her harness. She was soon trying out the different walls and having me take her picture. Glad to have this in the area. I've never seen it super busy but usually go during the off hours although I've been here on the weekend and it was also surprisingly quiet. This place was so much fun! I went with my husband and 4yo daughter and we spent about two hours here. My daughter enjoyed trying all the same structures that I climbed and really loved the "buildings" the most. We went early enough where we didn't have to wait for a wall to be available either. The prices were super reasonable as well; it was $30 for myself and $25 for our daughter. The staff were very helpful and showed us how to tighten our harness and checked up on my daughter to help. My friends and I visited Alpine Climbing Adventure Fitness on Tuesday, 01/09/24, for our climbing session at 4 pm. The staff members at the front counter were super sweet and welcoming. We were instructed to fill out waivers before starting. After that, we received our equipment to put on. There was a huge variety of colorful, vibrant climbing walls offered with different levels of difficulty. Since it has been a while that I did rock climbing, I settled for the easier walls. My friends were able to accomplish the more difficult walls, and I applauded them for that. Throughout the entire session, we had the pleasure of being helped by Jimi. She was beyond helpful, hilarious, and kind. I enjoyed her amazing spirit, especially when we were all climbing walls of different levels. I felt a bit intimidated at times with climbing. However, Jimi's patience and encouragement aided me to thrive and have fun with my friends overall. Overall, we had a spectacular experience. I visited this gym for the first time on Dec. 30 with my mom. I've bouldered before but this was my first time belaying. My mom had never rock climbed before. The staff person was super friendly and helpful with her tour and instruction. We stayed in the beginner belaying area and tried four of the routes. I appreciated that there were multiple options good for beginners. Usually, it is hard for me to improve because the difficulty level is too high. We visited around 7:50 PM and the gym was not crowded. Everything was clean and at a good temperature and the music was a pleasant noise level. They have a beginners area that is fun for all ages, kids and adults. My kids loved it so much they didn't want to leave even after 4 hours. They have a gym for 13 yrs+.
