I'm very disappointed in how this dental office handled my billing and insurance estimate. Before a…read morerecent procedure, I requested an estimate of my out-of-pocket cost and was told in writing it would be $275, which I paid in full at the time of my visit. Two months later, I received a surprise bill for an additional $598 -- more than three times the original estimate. When I asked for clarification, the office explained that they are out-of-network with my insurance provider. At no point in the written estimate or treatment plan was this mentioned, nor was I warned that this could result in significantly higher costs. When I raised these concerns, they claimed they had verbally disclosed their out-of-network status during a consultation over a year ago. I do not recall such a conversation, and regardless, this critical information was completely absent from the written estimate I received at the time of scheduling the procedure. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter respectfully -- even offering a partial goodwill payment -- the office and owner ultimately stood by the charge and stopped responding to my emails after a single reply. I believe patients deserve clear and transparent financial information, especially when given a written estimate. Omitting important details like network status and potential insurance penalties is, in my view, both unprofessional and unfair. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this office after such a costly and frustrating experience.

My latest visits that included oral surgery, root canal and a crown were performed by Dr. Yasmin Akhlaghi, who is apparently new to the center, as her name is not yet included in the team on the Center's website. I was in a lot of pain and my anxiety was at an all-time high. The first time I called I spoke with Tracey and she was absolutely amazing. I'm a Medicaid patient, and I know that sometimes comes with judgment and potentially an unwillingness to treat patients. Not here! Tracey listened to my story and was able to get me in. She was exceedingly kind and empathetic. When I arrived, the office is nice and clean looking and easy to access. Dr Montané spent a lot of time with me going over my x-rays and what my current problems were. He described the various options that I had and the pros and cons. He took his time with me. I never felt rushed, and I felt as if all of my questions were answered thoroughly. When it came time to inject Novacaine, he has the most gentle hand ever. I've now been there twice, and both times I've just had such an unbelievably amazing experience. He and his staff are wonderful and if I could give more than five stars, I would. If you are someone like me who has a lot of anxiety with dental work, this is definitely the place you want to be. The work is top-notch and the entire staff truly cares.
