This is a Seventh-Day Adventist run camp, and is available for large group rentals most times of…read morethe year (except for summer months, when camps are running). It is a little more of a resort than a camp, as lodges are multi-storied and there is little rustic feelings remaining along the waterfront (although a hike up the mountain will find satisfy a desire for solitude). But it is beautiful! Hayden Lake is surrounded by rich cabins, and Camp MiVoden is a more affordable vista for the average citizen. The waterfront is well-maintained and the beach volleyball court is a joy to play on. They also have horses and challenge ropes courses available. During the early summer months, MiVoden runs kids' camps, with options available for kids in 1st grade through high school. However, whenever I figured out that they would pretty much be just running around a field. I sought out to get a refund and called the coordinator over 10 times trying to get a refund after the first "track meet". I never got a return of a call after leaving several voicemails, or even an email back from the three emails I sent. I wish that I would have known it would have been like this and I wouldn't have joined the program and lost out on $166. I enrolled my daughter and her cousin in the program so I lost out on money that I could have put towards a real track program. It just sucks.
