Throughout the process, Ken listened to what we wanted, asked good questions and gave us suggestions to improve on our ideas. His work was always excellent: accurate, neat and tidy, always better than I expected. Ken's work was meticulous. He would not call a job done until it met his high standards. His rates were reasonable, he lived up to his quotes, and he gave us estimates for any work he felt was beyond the scope of his original quotes.
