Throughout the process, Ken listened to what we wanted, asked good questions and gave us suggestions to improve on our ideas. His work was always excellent: accurate, neat and tidy, always better than I expected. Ken's work was meticulous. He would not call a job done until it met his high standards. His rates were reasonable, he lived up to his quotes, and he gave us estimates for any work he felt was beyond the scope of his original quotes. Ken worked quietly, had every tool needed for the variety of jobs we gave him and cleaned up daily. Overall, I recommend Ken highly! I will continue to use his services as new projects come up.

He maintained a great line if communication always responding to messages promptly. He picked up the garage door we ordered for us from the home center, and was at our house first thing in the morning. They were professional, speedy, and from what I can tell didn't cut a single corner. He really takes pride in his work. After both garage doors were installed, they cleaned up the work area, showed us their operation, loaded up the old garage doors for removal, and left. I chose them after a recommendation from a good friend, and I'm really glad I did. Before he left, I had him estimate the replacement for our garage service door, so we can't wait to hire him again.

Garage Door Specialists in Neenah, WI is a true exception. They truly do "walk the talk". My garage door opener broke and needed to be replaced a few hours before my scheduled plane flight on an extended multi-month trip. I contacted three garage door/opener companies in the area and told them of my predicament. Not surprisingly, all of them were fully booked for the day. However, Garage Door Specialists in Neenah was the only one to go out of their way and re-schedule their crews to accommodate me and my situation. The company and their service man Mark were simply amazing. The work I needed done was completed well before my scheduled flight. If you need any garage door work done this is the company to call.
