I highly recommend this company. On a Friday morning I discovered a broken spring on our garage door. In calling around I couldn't get a service call set up for two days until I called Express. Andy told me it would be a long day and that they wouldn't get to me until after five. It turned out it was more like 7:30 - 8:00. But they came through even though some special parts were needed. One guy started the job and the other came from the shop with the special parts. The teamwork was very effective and we had our door working for the weekend. Even though it was late, Andy explained what was done and then talked through some maintenance procedures and finally did a once over to make sure nothing was missed. The spring on my garage door broke yesterday. Called Express and Andy was ready to send a guy right away. I was gone, but Junior came over the next day. He did a thorough inspection and provided me with great information to make an informed decision. He was super polite and did a fantastic job. Upon completion, he gave me the run down on how to properly lubricate the springs & barrings (every 4 months for those that don't know which was me until today). I came home to a garage door that wouldn't go up more than a couple of inches. When I entered through the service door, I noticed one of the springs had broken. I started making calls and Express Garage Door Service said they could be there in 15-20 minutes. They were, and within an hour, the door was repaired and opening. Awful...scheduled an appointment was told it would be no problem. After waiting for a little over 30 minutes I called Andy and was told he was stuck on another job. After an additional hour and 15 minutes with no show or a call, I called back and canceled. He sent me several text messages apologizing and my wife agreed to have him take care of it the next morning, and of course he doesn't show again. This time he called my wife and said he was having car problems and would be right over. Well another hour later and still not at our house. Terrible service, I would only recommend to someone who likes to move plans around to sit around waiting for someone all day to not show up. If I could give less than 1 star I would. read more

This company lives up to it's name. Fast is an understatement! We got a very reasonable bid on Thursday evening. Made the decision to go with it on Friday afternoon. They came on Saturday to get the color of the old door to match the other garage door, painted it on Sunday and installed it on Monday! Other estimates were not only higher priced for the door but also said we needed a new garage door opener which we didn't. Andy saved us over $300 with a simple $25 opener part that needed replacing! The door matches our other door perfectly and he is honest enough to refund us $40 that was charged for a track that was not needed. That's customer service at it's best. Last night one of my garage door springs broke and Andy was able to fit me into his Saturday schedule and worked until about 9pm to replace both springs. Five stars is not nearly enough for this business! My garage door came off the track last night around 9:30 pm and the opener remotes wouldn't work to top it off. Andy arrived pretty quickly and worked diligently moving things around and replacing nearly every bracket and roller on the door until 2am!! The garage door has NEVER opened and closed as smoothly as it does now. When it was light in the morning we realized the was a slight gap between the bottom of the door and the driveway. Andy returned and not only fixed that but replaced the rubber guard. The overall cost was impressively reasonable! Would strongly recommend Andy and Express Garage Door Service!! read more

When the garage door on my sons house wouldn't open open all the way and then the roller almost feel off and the door was at an angle and would not close ,I was a little worried. I called Express garage doors and Andy got here and said he could get it fixed in about an hour. It had more wrong with it than first thought, but he was able to get the job done. Actually, I cannot tell you if they are good at what they do or not. Called them 3 times left 2 messages to call me about my garage door that needs to be repaired. Their answering message says a technician will call back in 5 minutes after you leave a message and it has been over 8 hours since I left the first one. I may never know if they are good at repairing garage doors. read more

I'm a repeat customer. Andy came out last year to replace the rollers and cables on my garage door. At that time he told me that he didn't think my tension coil would last much longer. I opted to wait to replace it. Last night the tension spring reached it's end of life and finally broke. I called Express Garage Door Service and Andy was out late at night to replace the coil.
