We had a serious issue during the installation that maybe should have been avoided. This resulted in delays. Much of this was not Alpine's fault. In the end, Adam and Alpine did the right thing and corrected the mistake and they did so willingly without a lot of had wringing. In some ways this is much more important and more informative than if the job had gone perfectly from the start to finish. Knowing what a company does when problems arise is important, and these guys made everything right and we are happy with our floor. Next time we need a floor we will call them directly and almost certainly hire them. read more
