Our report included pictures of our A/C condenser which was reported to be fine. However, after we closed and were able to get into the home, it would not work and had to be serviced. Once the job began, their work was amazing, very fast but phenomenal quality, and they were very courteous to our renter. The staff member we'd coordinated with took the trip up to our home to review the work with the site foreman and kept us constantly updated. The basement looked fantastic immediately after they finished. Fast forward to now, about a week ago our renter noticed standing water in the basement so Northern Basement Systems came out same-day for a service call. They determined that it wasn't a part of the system they installed, but was a fitting on a pipe that was leaking. They fixed the pipe and didn't even charge us! Scott was one of them and gave us a time frame of about 3 weeks which we thought was pretty good especially since the other company couldn't get to us for over a month. We were looking to have a few semi-flush mounted light fixtures, a ceiling fan and chandelier above the stairs replaced, and an outlet added so that we could move our TV above the fireplace. Scott was very professional and worked quickly. I was both pleased and surprised that he even changed his shoes before coming in the house and swept up after himself. I was also very thankful that he was able to fix an incorrectly installed ceiling fan that could have come down at any time (our baby is obsessed sitting under and watching our ceiling fan when it is on). He is priced fairly, does great work in a timely manner, and cleans up after himself. What more can you ask for? The water system, he had no idea what it was or how it worked, again didn't bother to turn it on. Rot on outside boards he looked at visually, when I asked if he thought the rot extended deeper he said he had no way of knowing that. I could go on and on but I think the point has been made. These are all answers I could have guessed at myself and saved myself close to $500. And the roof , we'll he said that looked good, from the ground!! When I called to complain, not that it would do much good since Todd is the owner, I was told he was dressed in linen shorts and a dress shirt because he was coming from a golf tournament.
