Everything seemed fine until I opened my door and outside was some party van that looked like an Amazon truck. NO LIMO!!!! I called the woman (apparently the daughter of the owner) and got told to basically pound sand. Sorry never even left her lips. But that's not her problem she said. And when I checked my missed calls there was none from this company. Only ProCom Cleaning Services. Well I didn't order cleaning services so even had they called and I seen it I wouldn't of answered a number I don't know. Maybe if this company was more legit they'd have their business attached to their number. I was told I would get no money back and was told I was lucky to get that or I could have gotten nothing and could drive myself!! I have never been more furious at the disgusting customer service. I basically had my money stolen to ride some lame van to my party with my friends. I was told by the driver the owner was in Florida and would contact me and most likely do something for me but that never happened either. For the record this company is the most expensive of all the companies I called! They just had a promo on so I went with them. So please dear lord do yourself a favor and go with another company. They also accused me of providing them false billing information and an email address that doesn't work (address was correct on all confirmations I received and I'd received 6 emails from them over the last 24 hours but okay...) Not to mention this was a chartered car I had organized as a pickup after surgery and was told just before leaving that I would have to pay a THIRD time to the driver if I wanted my service.
