When I set an appointment she referred me to a salesman, Mike VanVleet. I drove the car, liked it, and sat down with Mike to do the paper work (Laramie GM Auto Center is a one-price dealership. I drove just over two hours to get there) and the price they were asking was well within the range of what I was willing to pay. No pressure from Mike to load on any extras. Mechanic was great. I asked him about the defroster. He got the manager and I was told they would contact me. A week later I went in and no one knew anything. But could look at it next day. Then asked about air dam adjustment or fix. Was told all should be fixed or at least looked at during appointment. Tried contacting service. Called 4 times every 15 minutes with no answer. this was between 4pm-5pm. It took two day to replace window. That doesnt make me mad, not being contacted does. Asked about air dam fix adjustment. They were waiting on parts and would contact me. About two months later and have heard nothing. This place does not care about it customers. I will continue to deter people from buying vehicles or using the service department here.

I spoke with him on Thursday the 30th of December. I asked specifically if the vehicle had major rust as that was a deal breaker for me. He said the vehicle was in great shape. I told him I would drive down the coming Monday (today) or Tuesday and that it was a 6 hour drive one way for me. I called this morning before departure to ensure that it had not been sold and he said it was there and would wait for me. After a 6+ hour drive I arrived and walked right to the vehicle. The first thing I notice are rust spots, through the paint, around the rear fender wheel well trim. I walked to the other side and the same thing. I then looked under the fender behind the trim and at lease 1" to 1 1/2" of metal was rusted away and gone with a jagged, crumbly rust edge left. I walked back to the previous side and felt under the trim and the same thing. His comment to me was it was in good shape for the price. It is priced at KBB value in "good condition"! Rusted away body parts is not good condition. I was so angry I walked away quickly before things went south. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!!! 12 hour round trip for nothing because I was lied to.
