I took my Artic Cat 500 in to look at the brakes. After 8 days I called. They said they would look at it. One guy called and said it was really bad. Next day service Manager Steve called and said it was 2000 dollars.. Actually I had looked into parts. They were about 600. So they were going to clip me 1400 for labor. This is for one back brake. I took it too Artic Cat in Ftc. They looked at it for 80 dollars and said there was essentially nothing wrong. I went back and told Steve he was trying to rip me off. Caution!! I bought two brand new motorcycles from Cheyenne Motorsports, that I now can't ride until I fix their screwup, costing me more time and money. I'm military stationed here from Florida, I told them that, and that I had two Florida tags to transfer to the bikes since Florida is still my home of record; they said no big deal, they'd give me temp tags in the mean time and to just contact the tax office in Florida to get them swapped. Great. Fast forward two months thanks to covid, my temp tags are expired, the Florida tax office says that all should have been done by the dealer that they can't do it since the dealer holds the titles. I called the dealership back and they said they processed the title through Laramie county so they can't do anything with Florida tags, and that it's now my problem and I need to take it up with Laramie county. So now I have two brand new bikes I'm paying for that I can't ride because they either screwed up or did it the lazy way instead of how they should have like I asked them to and they said they did. Now I'm going to have to pay for more tags for here that I won't need in another year, then when I go back to Florida I'll have to pay for a title replacement, all because they filed the paperwork incorrectly. Was actually planning to buy a new KRX side by side from them as well, safe to say that will not be happening, I'll look elsewhere for that. Clearly they're only in it for the quick sale, service is NOT a priority to them. read more

Messaged Cheyenne Motor Sports for an exhaust leak on my bike. Nick responded, saying, it should be no problem to fix it. I took it in. They called me to pick up the bike, as it was fixed. I picked it up and drove it for a bit, only to realize it wasn't. I took the bike back in. The service writer was apologetic and stated, he would have it fixed. More than a week later they called and said the bike was repaired. When I picked it up, they charged me $24. For a 3 dollar gasket and sent me on my way. I drove the bike and immediately, noticed by the sound and drivability, that it wasn't fixed. That and the check engine light kept coming on, like before. When I got the bike home, I looked underneath, and to my surprise, the exhaust studs have been replaced with bolts. I called the service writer to ask for an explanation. He said, he forgot to tell me that the studs had been broken by the mechanic. He gave me some bull$#!+ excuse as to why they didn't fix them properly. Now I'm concerned that they may have ruined the threads for the studs in the cylinder head. I will now have to have it towed to Fort Collins to the dealer to get it fixed. I'm afraid to take it back to Cheyenne Motorsports because twice they couldn't fix it, it's now more broken than when I took it in, and they lied and tried to pass off an illegitimate " repair". read more

Worst customer service experience ever. Brought a bike in for oil change, rear spline lube, and new tires. While it was there they dropped the bike.....took over 4 months to repair damage. Not done too original condition or to customer satisfaction. In the end they said that was all they were going to do and if I didn't accept delivery they would leave outside in elements in their unsecured parking lot and charge me 20 dollars a week untill I picked it up. They had the bike over 6 months.......I lost a summer of riding and get a bike back that has been wrecked and repaired poorly with only an oil change accomplished. Avoid the dealership and drive a little further.....the convenience factor and the promise of services do not make up for a poor quality repair, awful customer service, and stress you will receive. In the end it is their way and your opinion does not count. read more
