He offered to pay for the damages caused to my Gutter Helmet. This was replaced on 1/29/20 at the cost of $300. I am impressed by the customer service to handle this in a timely manner. I will now recommend Millstream to others for roofing projects, but just be aware that they might use subcontractors. I hope the company they use will learn from their past mistakes.

Contacted Millstream, they came and put up mess gutter guards on the house, I asked it they could also do my garage, (I never had gutter guards on the garage) they told me it would cost $500, they tech, Troy, came and did the work, he told me he ran out of pieces and I would need a half a box, I told him if I am paying for an entire box, to leave the remainder at my house. I just go the bill for $500, for a full box! When I called the office, Paula told me they gave him the 13 pieces he needed, so I asked why I was charged $500 for a full box, she had no answer. Lansing carries these mesh Gutter Guards, $350 per box. Also, when you get a new roof, the roofer is supposed to leave remaining roof shingles with you, Millstream did not do that either. Will never recommend this company.

I called to set up a appointment and they were able to do same day service! I did not have that expectation going into this, but why not! The gentleman that showed up was professional and very detailed. He took the time to really attend to my chimney and to ensure it was in top working order. He had his own drop clothes, cleaned up when he was finished and was very reasonably priced. My chimney contains 4 flues and it cost me $119.00 plus inspection. Last year we paid almost $170.00 and the service was no where near this stellar. I would happily recommend them for any masonry or chimney sweep services!

When I asked about their fuel surcharge, they refused to tell me their sources or provide any proof, claiming they have their own "sources." That's shady and unacceptable. Their response to service issues is sluggish--sometimes taking days or weeks to respond--and they want to control when they address problems, not when it's urgent. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and doesn't care about customer service or transparency. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. PS. They write their own 5-star reviews - be warned!

I can accept the fact that all of this work took over nine months to complete with the onset of last winter but the gutter (easiest task?) was not installed correctly, It is nearly level resulting in rain water overflowing the gutter, down the side of my house, right into my basement. Mid-July I reached out to the owner (Soverns) and sent pictures/video of water overflowing the gutter but nothing has been done. The…read moreprevious owner of my home had siding put over the old wood shingle and it left a huge gap between the siding and foundation going all the way around. So I had A LOT OF MICE that learned to enter the home by burrowing under the siding. I called Yargueta and they made me custom color matched trim on site that fit better than a glove to seal the gaps going around the house. It makes the siding look a bit cleaner AND they corrected some issues left by the previous installer for me. They showed up as promised, very responsive, and completed the job to my satisfaction. Additionally, I felt that Yony/Tony is a very good man, he was super friendly, a pleasure to talk to, and professional-- he just radiates genuine positive energy all around. Thank you Yargueta!
