I took notes during the quote and have no doubt about what was said. Beyond the pricing issue, the work was subpar: He completely skipped a large section of one deck. He did not power wash the back side of the garage. He failed to move furniture or other items out of the way, instead washing around them. Several small plants were killed by careless water blasting. Unfortunately, I did not get the quote in writing, so I'll pay the invoice -- but I'm left frustrated, disrespected, and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
