My masseuse used great pressure and used a couple of techniques that I've never experienced before and really enjoyed. Love how this place offers 60-minute massages and not just 50 like others, AND, they're a bit cheaper. Win win!! Another nice perk is being able to use the Fairmont pool/hot tub before/after your service.

Today, while spending $250++ on a one hour massage I was asked to leave as I sat in the sauna. I appreciate Vida sharing re timing and your agreement w the hotel (60 mins and only pre services?) but honestly, it just hit wrong and I left feeling upset and with a pit in my gut, embarrassed and frankly pissed off. May I respectfully recommend you revisit this as all COVID mandates have been lifted. COVID is not an excuse for a poor experience and to do less. Part of the experience, especially when paying north of $250 for a 60 min massage, is the usage of the facility services. 60 min pre service is frankly rushed. It feels tounge in cheek to sell & advocate self care but to rush people through. While reception was extremely polite they did actually come into the sauna to basically tell me to leave. As a young mom and a busy executive I rarely get time for self care and I'm deeply disappointed in today's experience. Like I said above it just hit all wrong. Ultimately, while it feels right to let you know my honest feedback I know nothing speaks louder than word of mouth and where/ who you choose to give your business. I understand this is your deal w the hotel however there are other great spas in town with great (and frankly better) access to the overall experience which I will be choosing moving forward,

This is my second time at the spa and 1st time staying at the lodge . What a beautiful property. We booked into the spa to treat ourselves . We went in early to get our sandals and robes and take advantage of the facilities. We started off in the rooftop Hot Tub which was a bit cooler than usual but with the sunny -2 temperature it was a great start to the day . We then took a break in the fantastic steam room, which was so relaxing . Moving into the relaxation room we enjoyed herbal teas and flavoured water while we waited for our services. I had the Nita Lake Signature service with Katie . A full body salt scrub , followed by a mud wrap. While wrapped up and absorbing the mud you are treated to a fantastic mead massage . Then whisked off to the showers to clean off with your skin feeling buttery soft . Back into the treatment room for an amazing 1 hour full body massage . This is the perfect way to spend a day even if you don't ski .

Save your money and go elsewhere, like the Scandinavia spa for example (you won't be disappointed)…read more Explain to me why this is a one man band? The same woman that did my nails, also did my facial and massage? That has to be a bad sign to begin with. My manicure and pedicure was $180 CAD and was easily the worst, most underwhelming, useless treatment I've ever had, and had to come back twice for the polish to be fixed and it still looks horrible. I don't need to get into the other treatments, just know it's a huge waste of your money for disappointing results in an outdated "spa" above the kid screaming pool.

She checked in on pressure a few times but not too often and really has a healing touch. Yay Vladimira, she saves this place from getting just 1 lonely sad star. This isn't really a full service spa; it doesn't have it's own ladies lounge, whirlpools, swimming pool or anything for that matter. No delightful smelling toiletries or place to even change into a service robe (this is done in the treatment room, tre spa ghetto people!) Bare bones with treatment rooms and a lobby. Front desk staff is friendly and didn't flinch when I adjusted Vladimira's tip up and the aesthetician tip for facial down. Front desk was also happy to assist me on deciphering what the aesthetician used on my face as I bought some GM Collin face products. After checking in you wait in a room that overlooks the Westin's indoor hot tub area. There is a glass wall but you can hear the screaming children going at their adolescent fun; NOT RELAXING. They have tea and water, that's it. My recommendation is to only visit if you are in dire need off a massage or a beauty emergency and you have no car to go somewhere else. They have Moroccan Oil hair products, GM Collin, and Skincueticals products. There are also a few candles and some hand creams. Front desk staff is nice but for luxury spa prices, me thinks not on visiting again. Unless I am in dire need of soothing yoga, hiking, or ski muscles...

Im not sure if they have peak pricing or holiday serge charges but we thought a swedish massage would be $200 and when I checked out it was $220.
