They installed a water heater with a re-circulation pump and water softener. They also installed bathroom faucets and new hoses to our washing machine and steam dryer. They do good work and charge a fair price our my opinion. We couldn't be happier with this family, who are also are the most pleasant people to work with, including Jerry's wife, Helen, who handles scheduling.

Despite it being a holiday weekend, Jerry came out first thing the very next morning and replaced the entire valve for $600, including parts and labor. That was especially refreshing after a much larger plumbing company had quoted us nearly $3,000 for the same repair. He didn't simply install the valve and leave. He opened multiple faucets and thoroughly tested the system to make sure the pressure remained stable throughout the house. He brought it down to approximately 64 PSI, explained how I could periodically check and adjust it myself, and offered to return and make things right if we experienced any problems. He was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. It felt like he genuinely cared about doing the job correctly and making sure I understood everything before he left. That combination is increasingly difficult to find. He is absolutely our plumber from now on, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Where was Stubbs Soft Water a couple years ago when we way overspent on our Costco (Superior Water)…read morereverse osmosis & soft water system?! We had Mike out today to make a repair & change filters. I was shocked to learn how much we would have saved if we had used Stubbs instead of Costco! Stubbs would have charged less than half and given us a better system. We had him swap out the reverse osmosis with his model and I can definitely tell the difference in the water. The knowledge he has,ability to answer our questions, and mostly him being focus on presenting us how the system works, what are the benefits, why we should get that system, what are differences. It was great him focusing on the product, not on comparing to other companies,etc. The truth is, if someone wants to buy,they'll buy because of the system qualities, not on the comparison to other companies. That's why, Tony is evidently professional, knows, and enjoys his job. The technician Brandon, who was installing the system was great. Fast, knew exactly what he is doing, very polite, and professional. We are extremely happy with choosing Puragain Water system, starting from the sale,through installing, to the results.
