Non existent local customer service and everyone I have spoken with over the last year at the 800…read morenumber were incompetent. When we moved we stopped getting deliveries even though I had called and notified them of our new address. After a month of being told they would come "next week" I cancelled my service. I was told someone would pick up our water dispenser but they never came. I continued to be billed monthly for the rental and would call each month and get told the same thing. Customer service agents say they leave messages for the local manager to contact me but I have never heard from them. After emailing customer service I'm told my new address isn't serviced (even though I moved a half mile closer to town from my previous address). I have gone by the local business address and it is always locked with no sign anyone is there. I have left notes on their door with no response. I continue to be charged monthly with no way to return the water dispenser. FIND SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR WATER, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
