The owner of the company was the one who came and told me he started his own company after working for other companies for several years. He charges a flat rate of $175.00 which is a great price because I called two other companies and one quoted me $275.00 and the other one would not give me a quote instead he wanted to talk to me on the phone. Highly recommend this new company where the owner is friendly and did a great job spraying my house!

Upon reading the document it looked like it was signing us up for a monthly subscription service of some kind and I questioned it - and the tech said that is not what it was for - but just for that days service -only - which included their standard 30 day return check up respray visit and the only thing that would be charged was the one visit; That "we were not signing up for anything additional" - like we arranged on the phone call to get them out there in the first place. He also said he would not be able to conduct the work without the document signed which permitted them to work on the property and the document was just a standard one that is needed every time. We sign the agreement for: "allowing them permission to access the property for coming out there today, and nothing else." Two documents, one for what he claimed was to access the property and another to acknowledge the use of the chemicals they were using and things proceed at pace. Fast forward two months later they signed us up for a subscription plan of some kind which we certainly did not agree to, stating that document as the premise and tried to drop by and schedule, on their own, return visits - which we certainly did not agree to. Sneaking the up sell fraudulently as the "standard document for the service call." Luckily I got it all on camera. Not only that they never did get rid of the wasp problem in the first place and the store bought twin pack cans seem to continue to do a better job. Your mileage may vary, but I will be warning my friends and family about soliciting these guys for business with dodgy practices like that.

I have attempted to get one of their regional managers to respond to my calls, and I have tried 4 times so far in the past week with no response. I live in Colorado and have a bat problem - we had 2 bats in our house recently and I found bat feces in several places around the outside deck areas. We live at 10,000 feet and 1.5 hours from the nearest Critter Control company - Colorado Springs. I was told that the $449.00 I paid for would result in an inspection report that I could use to determine the next step in resolving the problem. I ended up with an estimate for over $10,000! My husband & I discovered a mouse living in our home when the weather started to become cool last…read morefall. We easily caught it using a humane trap and re-located it yet in a few days, another little mouse appeared in the house. Again, we humanely caught and re-located the new mouse, only to have this routine go on and ON. We thought we were very savvy, looking at every possible point of entry: stuffing copper wire meshing in all suspicious little holes surrounding our foundation & even put stucco in a few bigger openings. However, one at a time, mice kept sneaking into our home! We found Steve & his company Elite Animal Control on an internet search and reached out to him. Within one day, he came over, spent a great deal of time really inspecting & investigating all possible openings. He took his time (and expertise) to eliminate ALL imaginable entrances. However, another little mouse was seen and again we humanely caught/re-located it and then called Steve. THIS situation kept us on our toes for a few weeks...Steve came back a few times and with each visit he discovered a different opening until-NO MORE MICE!!! Steve is, first of all, a VERY thoughtful, intelligent, clever and caring man! We could tell he was SO experienced in the business of thinking like a mouse! AND! He NEVER advocated for harming the mice-yet he did share he has had some jobs which required many means of rodent removal. He has a construction background and clearly understands how foundations, walls, insulation, ducts, plumbing, floors, etc all fit together AND could be ideal places for mice to march in & live. We learned SOOO much from Steve (& we thought we knew a lot!). We HIGHLY recommend Steve & Elite Animal Control to help you with ANY critter-issue you encounter. He is kind, knowledgeable, caring and REALLY knows how to solve animal control issues!
