While my first interaction with Critter Control was promising, I have to say I am completely…read moreappalled by their lack of responsibility. They have left my completely high and dry with work still not being finished. I called them to take care of a family of racoons that nested under my deck. I was told an exclusionary fence needed to be built but in order for it to work, all other potential openings to the house must be closed as they will find their way in otherwise. The inspector pointed out an exposed roof vent that needed to closed. I followed up first with the person building the fence and he said they would close the vent when they finished the fence (Thursday). They did not. I called the inspector who is the person who'd told me how necessary it was the next day (Friday). He said they were understaffed but would come do it that day. They did not. It is now Saturday and I am now increasingly and increasingly concerned the animals will find their way in. Today I called *multiple* times the inspector, the man who built the fence, none of whom are *even taking my calls* and multiple times the call center who told me the local branch would get in touch until just now, they told me *the local branch is closed for the day and I can wait until MONDAY for someone just to RESPOND*!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only that, they have left materials strewn all over the place with no communication about cleaning it up. This is UNACCEPTABLE and worse I completely do NOT understand how NO ONE is taking responsibility when I trusted Critter Control and the inspector, Eric, with this issue and its solution. I waited patiently as I understand staffing issues but the COMPLETE lack of response and integrity is insulting. And now, I STILL have two more days where I am leaving my home and myself vulnerable to an issue that NEVER should have been an issue in the first place.

I would give zero stars if I could. Eric Nichols came out to give a quote to take care of pocket…read moregophers and recommended we opt for gassing services, which we were quoted $1398 for the initial service due to the product and hours required of the technician to complete the service. We have previously gotten quotes for baiting/poison for $300 from other pest control companies, but Eric seemed credible in his reassurance that the gassing service would be more effective, but he also quoted us on 4 monthly follow up appointments for $114/ea. So a total of roughly $1730 after all said and done. We paid for the initial service up front. A week later the technician arrives, and is poking holes in our yard and dropping bait and poison. I reached out to the scheduling manager, Skyler- nice guy, just trying to do his job, and he looked into everything for me, assured me the bait/poison was just as effective as the gas, and that the cost was the same. I questioned this and asked for updated paperwork reflecting everything, and I was refused; however, he did tell me that Eric Nichols had used the incorrect quote form. I asked again for an updated quote outlining the actual services received with pricing, and was once again denied. I also emailed Eric Nichols about my concerns. The next day, Eric Nichols texted me asking if things had been resolved, and I told him they had not and I was seeking more clarification here as the the price I was quoted vs service received was not lining up. I was left on read. A few hours later I called and left a message- don't get me wrong, I understand that things come up but I never got a call back. A few days later I sent another email following up and requesting to set up a call. No response. Today I sent an email letting Eric know that I was dissatisfied and would be requesting a chargeback from my bank due to the lack of response, lack of accountability, and the fact that I did not receive the service I was quoted for at all. I received a response stating that since I had spoken to the scheduling manager it was to be considered resolved and to contact upper management about the issue. Eric is incredibly unprofessional, uncommunicative, and dishonest and I do not recommend anyone work with him as a merchant or hire him as an employee. He puts the slime in salesman.
