He was at my home the day I called and inspecting the source of noise in my crawlspace...raccoons. he was extremely patient after trapping 2 and having to set another trap. Kevin came out to help me with a bat issue (they found their way into my attic space and bathroom). He was friendly, professional, his pricing was fair, he did what he said he was going to do, he was on time, and he communicated well. I absolutely trusted that he knew what he was doing. Some of the things that were necessary to get this job done without killing the bats included securing gaps around the chimney to prevent bat entry and nesting, screening off two gable vents, a bathroom fan vent, and three sewer vents. While the vast bulk of our bat problem disappeared, we noticed that we still had a few bats the following year. True to their warranty promise, they arrived immediately to address the situation. I called about a skunk den problem in our yard twice, leaving a detailed message both times with a call back number. NO ONE could be bothered to return my phone calls. I also sent them an email in case funky phone service messed up my 2 phone calls. Again - NO returned message or phone call. I had read all of the positive reviews about this company. These guys were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgable! Called them out to look into a noise I have been hearing under my daughter's floor for quite sometime as well as to check into how mice have been getting in our home. They were able to quickly find the cause of the noise (was't critter related thankfully) and after a thorough assessment of our home exterior (roof included), they gave a detailed plan for critter-proofing our home. We hired K2 to help with a skunk problem--within 1 day--they found a Raccoon--and then later that week got the skunk! Additionally they have helped us with securing our patio area--where it seems these guys like to hang out. Loved the sticky notes from Sunny, letting me know what she found on a daily basis--but even more, i appreciated the fact that they take a green approach whenever possible. ie. using coyote urine to lure a raccoon and her family out of a fireplace! great at returning calls and very easy to work with. If we ever have anymore uninvited guests, this groupo will be my first call! read more

Let me start by saying that this job was done at my daughter's house. The good news is that the fellow that came out was very nice and accommodating. This company was called to deal with mice that were coming into the house. Based on a Yelp coupon that we purchased, their response was to cost $99.00. The fellow placed some traps, but he did not have the necessary equipment to finish the job - namely to place protective screens on the outside of the house in order to avoid other mice from coming in. He stated that he would be back within 48 hours to complete the job. When he returned, they charged my daughter another $135.00. We spoke with a woman at the company who stated that she fully explained the costs to my daughter. I can only imagine that had he the proper equipment on the first day, that the cost would not have exceeded $99.00. However, since they had to go back to this house, it seems to have provided them with a rationale to charge an extra $135.00. I don't mind paying for services rendered, but I do mind a business that will seemingly take advantage of a single woman, on a return visit to her house because they did not have the correct equipment the first day - and then have the audacity to charge for completing the work on a second visit. In my opinion, this is an unethical way to conduct business. We told the woman on the phone that we have used other companies, for similar issues in other properties, but we have never had to deal with this kind of cost discrepancy. Based on this situation, and the unwillingness to view what they did as something quite out of the norm, we will not use this company again in the future. Luis V. read more

I had a mama raccoon and babies fall into my fireplace late on a Friday afternoon. I called several different companies who were not willing to help because they were on the last call of the day. K2 Kritter Solutions was my very last resort. The father/son team did not hesitate to come to my rescue. They were able to collect the babies that day and then trapped the mama a couple of days later. Even though they are closed on Sunday they responded to my text and came to get mama right away. They reunited the family and released them back into the wild. These guys are very knowledgeable and are great to chat with plus they are well priced. I hope I don't ever have critter problems again but if I do I am certainly going to call K2. read more

I have a skunk problem and they live under my sunroom. The last time we the skunks removed there were 8 or 9 of them. I was misled by Kevin(Owner). He set expectations that we could get this done perhaps in a week. I was attracted by the weekly flat rate rather than be charged by each animal, so I agreed. They were late to their first appointment and I overlooked that. After the first couple of days and no activity I questioned him and he said not to worry, this could take longer than a week and not to be discouraged so he blocked the hole and also said that they might be in semi hibernation. Another couple of days went by and no activity so I asked what to do if they do not come out of their den, how do we get them out? There was no answer from Kevin until the end of the first week saying "there is no activity, your skunks have left and it is just the smell left in the soil so simply fill the hole before they come back. I responded to his text (he would not answer my phone call) the skunks are still down there and they are spraying and we can smell them in the heater vents throughout the house and not outside. He has not responded still. THIS WAS COMPLETE WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, THIS COMPANY SUCKS! read more
