The young guy didn't write down what I said, got it back there was still an issue verified that it was what I said originally and brought it back. They made good and fixed the issue and replaced the brakes just charging parts on both. Mistakes happen, but they are good honest folks there and will make good if they mess up.

We loved how fast and seamless their website and communication system was. * Justin was friendly, answered our questions, followed up over the weekend, and made the buying process easy. * We appreciated that there was no pressure when we chose to finance through our local credit union and purchase our extended warranty elsewhere. * Our pickup appointment was at 3:30, but we waited about 50 minutes before meeting with Jake in finance. Once we met with Jake, he was friendly, informative, and made the paperwork process smooth. * Our biggest disappointment was learning after closing that the truck only came with one key fob. We had asked Justin if there were two when we arrived, and he said he didn't know. Later, we found out the paperwork listed the $200 pre-negotiated discount as being for the missing key fob. That was never explained during negotiations. We had assumed the $200 was simply part of the purchase negotiation we had requested. Our local GM dealer quoted us $500-$600 for a replacement key fob, so this was frustrating. Had we known upfront that only one key was included, we would have tried to negotiate that separately. * By the time we finished, Justin was helping another customer, so we didn't receive a walkthrough of the truck's features before leaving or have a chance to ask any final questions to him. * Overall, we're very happy with the truck.
