They then proceeded to bring us a bus the was supposed to seat 50 kids yet seated 140 kids because the owner just expected us to squish into the bus. Along with being to small, the bus had no AC. We then went on our way only to have a tire pop. We stopped for 2~3 hours while we stood around until we had learned that the spare tire was also busted. When we finally arrived at the park, we only had 4 hours to maybe ride rides. When we finally finished our trip, we waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes for the bus to arrive to drive us back. I have never been so disappointed in a business. I hope that you change your business practices because some one can get seriously hurt

The only person in this entire ordeal that deserves more than 1 star, is one of the bus drivers, Mr. Gary, the business owner was telling him to lie to us about what was going wrong with the buses- but we overheard him saying that he was not going to lie to our faces the way the owner had been doing all day. We were SUPPOSED to arrive in Orlando, Florida, at 12pm... we finally arrived at 9:30pm. The bus was then supposed to pick us up at 2am.. and at 3:30am, a majority of my classmates were sleeping on the concrete outside of universal, when our bus finally showed up. I truly feel bad for these bus drivers to be working for a businessman like this.

They are upfront and honest. They tell you what you need and what is best for you, not things to run up a bill and make them money. My issue is that as I was being told they were going to replace it, they said that it " might" have been done before I got to them. I had driven it 3 hours at highway speed to their site in Americus Georgia and no oil pressure drop or leakage. Most of us aren't that stupid. Obviously, it occurred in their shop, I didn't appreciate the BS. The installer later admitted he broke it. Why try to Bull_ _ _ t me? I also said I thought I was entitled to a reduced price. Denied... with an offer to give me a break in my next oil change, no thanks! The manager also wasn't even apologetic, one of the other workers truly seemed sorry it happened.

Nobody contacted me with any kind of update for repairs. I called and left a message on the morning of Nov 10, nobody returned my call so I paid the company a visit to pickup my car. I stated to them that I would pick it up the following day, the staff was very unprofessional and when I returned home my emergency break is not working. I recently had it fixed months prior to taking my car there. I use my emergency brake every time I drive my car being that it a stick shift... The quote didn't change. Recently Smith's repaired my car. Months ago the brand's dealership give me a $3,000 estimate to repair my car. Smith's found and repaired my car for less than $500. In fact none of the items discribed in the dealership's estimate appeared in Smith's work order. Smith's is known for its work with trucks. While there I saw Jaguars Mercedes-Benz, Ford and other cars at various stages of repair. Smith's is my mechanic. Smith's is a business with high ethical standards.
