I've had over 10 keys made, and four remotes purchased from this guy. I have five kids, and every time we buy them a used car, we make sure we have a spare key made. We have also purchased remotes for some of the cars. We got a 2015 Ford fiesta and started the normal process where I sent pictures of the key and remote asking the price. There was a guy that texted me that said he was the new '' associate' named Roger working with Santiago. I asked the price, and it had gone up significantly. From the $40, up to $$120 plus. I was a bit put off, but post Covid This type of stuff happens. In the meantime, I put out a request on Yelp to have a key made, and there was another locksmith (locksmith 775 ) that was willing to meet with us and make the key for $50. So I text Roger back and let him know that I was getting it for way cheaper, and that , we would not be needing his service. He text back and as you can read the screenshots, was not a very nice person . After using them for so many years, because I didn't want to pay $240 for 2 keys, he said they were going to block me and that I wasted their time . I was able to leave a text with Santiago, and let him know that I was willing to keep doing business with them, as well as keep referring customers if they were going to remain low price. His response to me was they were going to change their focus to people who want. It really isn't wasting time hunting around for a good deal. That's part of business. So yeah, even if I wasn't blocked.... I would never use them.

She informed me she could, but she was at Safeway assisting someone and would meet me at the shop in 15 minutes. As promised, she was there and was able to make 2 copies of my key in less than 30 seconds for $4! I tested the keys before leaving and they both worked. She is very friendly and fast. After she made my keys, she told me that while at Safeway she received an urgent call from the Schurz area, but she decided to stop by the shop first to see if the lady who called would show up. I'm really glad she did that!

Yesterday I called them to come and unlock my door and make a new key because yes I lost my keys again. It was my 26 year old GMC cargo van. Well they got the door unlocked in no time.....But trying to make the ignition key was another story. After two plus hours and six or seven tries I told them to stop I would have it towed to the GMC dealer.
