Fast friendly service. We were locked out of our RV at washoe lake state park the locksmith was out within 30 minutes and got it open.

Poor service and incompetence is a bad combination! I brought in two house keys for copies. They used the wrong size blanks, which I discovered when I got home and the copies wouldn't fit in the door. I brought them back, and instead of refunding or they told me they would need to order the appropriate blanks for these keys, took down my phone number and said they'd call me when they arrived. That was over 2 months ago. I gave up on them, took the keys to another store and got copies made in 5 minutes. Carson City could use a high quality brick-and-mortar locksmith. First off this location if you are unfamiliar with the business layouts is pretty confusing, I had to call them to find their location. They were very helpful in orienting me to the right location. They are also listed as Alpine locksmith also. I needed a couple of keys cut for a vehicle, they did a great job, they all worked. At first I thought maybe she is just having a bad day but after four visits and dealing with her three times over the years I've determined she just likes to talk down to people. I called them to find a local locksmith because I kept getting routed to call centers. They sounded like they were going to help me out, I purchased my own keys. For $180, I drove my own keys out to carson to prevent another service call charge for them to cut and program. They were scheduled at 8 30 am, knowing I was relying on them to drive my car that day. They showed up, machine dead and I had to go without my car...again. They came back out while I was at work, and without my permission, made their own key fob because mine apparently wouldn't program, and took the keys back with them to Carson. So here I am still no keys, still no car. I have to drive out to carson AGAIN to get my keys and the price is now more than she agreed originally. I could have went with my first call to carkeyexpress who was going to COME TO MY HOUSE AND CUT/PROGRA keys for a total of $200. I let them rip me off thinking they would help me out going local. I'm driving out to get it over with today taking my other two keys that they never programmed to the locksmith that programmed the exact keys last time the chip broke and cut my losses with Alpine. Horrible experience. Charge me for your serviceman not showing up prepared. Sickening. Struggling teacher here just trying to get my car running before the school year and they took complete advantage. Not to mention the key they did program doesn't even have buttons.
