In the time I've lived in Sparks, I've been locked out of my residence 4 times. Each time, my landlord sent a locksmith. All of them were shoddy conmen, charging highway robbery rates. I chose this one myself on my most recent lockout. Before I continue, it's important that I point out that when it comes to this field, I am not an uneducated layman. I actually do know how to pick locks and other access techniques, more than most people. Of course, locksmiths that are in the ripoff business presume people don't know anything about the service, and that's how they take advantage. My experience with this service was phenomenal. I got a response from them within 3 minutes of messaging them on Yelp, followed by a phone call a minute after that from the field tech, Tim. Tim did a great job fixing my issue and getting me back in. He is the first locksmith I've ever tipped. Very friendly, professional and prompt, clean cut, skilled. Also, the pricing was transparent, no bait and switch. Also, for anyone that knows anything about lockpicking, Tim is also the first and only locksmith I've ever called that started with a Lishi instead of jumping straight to "oh no I have to drill out your lock, so now instead of the $30 you were quoted it's now $40 trillion. There's a surcharge for paying by card, please bend over and spread your cheeks." If I ever get locked out again, I'm going straight for these guys. read more

Getting locked out of your car is the worst. Especially when you have to wait. They were so quick to meet up with me. Tim was very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. My car battery had also died. So he helped me with a jump too. The price for a lockout and Jumpstart is very reasonable. Whatever you need done, they will tell you the price beforehand. So I put in yelp for a key replacement quote. This guy responded to us immediately. His price was $20 cheaper for a spare key, also $30 cheaper for a key with remote built-in than 'Lowpricekey'. He has a Mobil Van and he met us on a side street. He was very polite, professional and friendly as well. It took less than five minutes for the locksmith to copy the key and program the car with both keys. With having five children driving now. We lose a lot of keys, or buy cars that only have one key so it's necessary for us to have a key replacement. Arranged for them to change our locks. They dispatched a young man to do the job. He arrived, inspected the locks we needed done, and got started. Sadly, our lock was a smart door lock that couldn't be re-keyed. Given that that door was our main priority, we had to decline the work since it could not be fixed (we need to buy a whole new handle/key). This was an exception type of situation because normally there will be a cancelation fee if you decline service, which they understandably charge to cover the costs of trip and labor. THE BEST IN TOWN!! I'm from Alaska and we usually have taxis that unlock your car for $40 or so. Many places in Reno quoted me anywhere from $200-$550 to unlock my 2015 Chevy Malibu. Which is crazy. I contacted this place via yelp, they answered in 3 minutes. And were here in 35 minutes after I gave them license plate, vehicle model and color, address, and parking space number. The gentleman that helped me was Ben I believe. He opened my car in 2-4 minutes. My phone was dead so I couldn't do payment and was letting it charge first but he didn't wait for payment he said he would send the Zelle but that he had to go to his next appointment.
