I left a lot of money there drawing almost no interest and within a few months they closed the branch I preferred. Then as others have stated I endured lines that were long as could be and only one employee able to service customers and often left without my business completed. Well today they topped it off by refusing to cash a US savings bond for me, well happy day! I closed my account and wont care when they go out of business. This company could care less about its customers and I am glad to not be one of them. I could get better service from a loan shark. Did I have to give that star? BTW my credit union cashed the bond for me and the problem is solved...adios US BANK

I would change banks in a heartbeat if it were my decision. The tellers are inpatient and rude. Even if there are cars who have been waiting in the drive thru lane, the second closing time comes, they turn off the lights and pull the shade. I use multiple account numbers for the organization, and even though I put different account numbers on the deposit slips, they'll just choose the first one and make all deposits to that account. Don't bank here if you can avoid it.
